Disappointing Pickup Sandwich Experience
I ordered a pickup sandwich through the app, and it was clear they were skimping on ingredients. I paid for extra meat, but received less than I've ever gotten on any sandwich. The veggies were also quite minimal.
This store definitely tries to save costs by skimping on portions.

Frustrating App Order Issues
I want to like this location. But it’s the 4th time that I’ve ordered through the Subway app, and once I received the sandwich I then find out they didn’t have the ingredients to fulfill what I ordered. This location should be removed from the subway app as they have constant supply and service issues.

Amazing Subway Sub Experience!
My experience at this restaurant was fantastic. The lady who made my sandwich prepared the most amazing and perfectly crafted subway sub I've had in a long time. The place itself was clean and open, contributing to a very pleasant atmosphere.

Terrible Experience, Wrong Sandwich, Rude Staff
My experience at this restaurant was extremely negative. I was told that my order, placed through the app, could not be canceled and I would not receive a refund. I was directed to call customer service, but there was no customer service number for Subway.
When I returned two weeks later to request a refund or a sandwich for what I had already paid for, I was told to contact my bank. After waiting for over an hour, one employee, who was completely unhelpful, called me a "stupid B" and accused me of having AIDS simply because I asked for the number of a customer who witnessed the entire interaction. Eventually, the owner agreed to make me a sandwich.
However, when I began to explain what I wanted, he rudely interrupted me, pointing at my face and saying, "you shut up I remember what the sandwich was. " He then made a sandwich and handed it to me. To my disappointment, it was the wrong sandwich.
I ended up giving it to a homeless person. This establishment is definitely not a place where I would recommend spending your money.

Exceptional Subway Staff and Atmosphere
You know what you’re getting at a Subway, generally. The food variations, even in different countries, are negligible. This review is based on staff and atmosphere.
The Folsom location is easily the best in the city. It boasts a huge dining room (by SF standards) and exceptional staff.

I walked four blocks to go to this restaurant for my lunch break at 8pm. The online information stated that it closes at 9pm, but the store was closed when I arrived. I wasted my whole break and I'm highly upset!

Frustrating Service, Walked Out
My experience at this restaurant was quite frustrating due to the service. There were two people behind the counter and three customers waiting to be served. Additionally, one person was dedicated to working on online orders.
I felt that the other server should have been taking orders from customers instead of also working on online orders. This led to two customers, including myself, walking out. I will not be returning.

Closed Early, Despite Posted Hours
I visited this Subway around 3: 45 PM. The door was open, so I entered, but was told to leave as they were closed. There were several people sitting and eating at their tables, which left me puzzled, but I left.
I checked their posted opening hours and, to my surprise, they were supposed to be open until 5 PM. Apparently, they decided to close early, which is why I only give them a 1-star rating, which they didn't deserve. It's a disgrace that they don't keep their posted opening hours.
