My experience at this restaurant was a mixed bag. While the food was excellent and the atmosphere was enjoyable, the service was incredibly slow. It took 45 minutes just to get my order taken because an employee was too busy gossiping with another person. Despite the poor service, the food itself was a 5 out of 5, and the atmosphere was also rated a 5. The wait time was between 30-60 minutes, and the price per person was between $1–10.

My experience at this SUBWAY location was great! They open early and offer a fantastic weekly special: a 6" sandwich with 2 cookies and a drink for just $6. 99. Sandwich Artist Pelma was incredibly kind and helpful throughout my visit. The restaurant itself was clean and had about three tables for dining in. I'd recommend being kind to Pelma, as she had everything ready to go early this morning! Thanks to the entire SUBWAY Team!

My experience at the restaurant was very good. I absolutely loved the sandwich. The lady made it quickly, and I was delighted. The cookies were also tasty.

My experience at this restaurant was terrible. The service was awful, and the staff who attended were very rude. Even though the place was empty, I had to wait 30 minutes to be served. I recommend going to another Subway; the service here is the worst.

I highly recommend this restaurant! My experience was fantastic, largely due to the amazing employee, Vilma. She was incredibly courteous and kind. The store itself is also nice and clean. I frequent this location specifically because of Vilma’s excellent customer service.

My experience at this restaurant was overwhelmingly positive, primarily due to its exceptional cleanliness and the incredibly friendly staff. The location was so clean, I was actually kind of shocked. The staff were incredibly friendly and did a great job making my sandwich. I'm giving 5 stars for atmosphere and 5 stars for staff. My only deduction of 4 stars for food is because the veggie tray was too cold, to the point where some of the veggies were frozen. Fortunately, none of the frozen ones landed on my sandwich.

My experience was extremely negative. We ordered delivery, and after an hour and a half of waiting, they canceled the order and didn’t give us a refund. I will not be ordering from there again. I also feel like they have rats.

My experience at Subway was truly amazing, regardless of its location. The sweet onion chicken teriyaki was consistently on point. I had an amazing experience.

My experience at the Subway in the Excelsior area was unremarkable. There's not much to say beyond the regular advertising you see on TV. The Service, Atmosphere, and Food were all rated as average.

My experience was extremely negative. A lady worker locked the door in my face at 8: 40 PM for takeout, even though they close at 9 PM. She was very rude, inconsiderate, unprofessional, and disrespectful for no apparent reason. This is particularly disrespectful to traveling customers who have families to feed and are consistent, long-time patrons. The store's closing hours are deceiving to customers. If you have a family to feed and it's nighttime, proceed at your own risk. It seems the employees just want to hurry up and close the store to get home, which is very disappointing.
