Disappointing Subway Experience
I visited this Subway location and ordered the chicken sandwich, which is the first one on the menu. While I generally like Subway, this particular location was not the best. They forgot to add any filling to my sandwich, and I ended up paying $15 for just salad, with no chicken, bacon, or any other protein.
It did make me laugh, so I added an extra star, but I won't be returning.

Overpriced for Subway
My experience at this restaurant was disappointing due to the pricing. Any subway nearby will charge you less for the same thing. For example, a Grilled Chicken footlong was $11.
99 at a nearby subway, but here it was $13. 99. This significant price difference for the same item made the experience unfavorable.

Terrible Service and Portion Size
My experience at this restaurant was quite negative due to the weird customer service. Upon entering, the staff member seemed unwilling to serve me, giving the impression that they "don’t want to make a sandwich" for me. When I inquired about using a coupon, I was told "No. " Furthermore, when I ordered a 6-inch sandwich, I was given one that was only 4 inches, and it was very light on everything.
To top it off, when I asked for a Togo bag, the response was "it’s SAN FRANSISCO Man. " This individual doesn’t even deserve 1 star.

Long Wait for Pick-Up Order
My experience at the restaurant involved a significant delay for my pick-up order. I placed my order at 11: 40 AM with a scheduled pick-up time of 12: 05 PM. However, I did not receive my sandwiches until 12: 40 PM.
When I arrived at the store, I was simply told to wait.

Worst Fast Food Experience Ever
My experience at this restaurant was personally the worst ever. The owner's treatment of employees was concerning, and the lack of transparency was notable. Unlike typical Subway restaurants, a metal sheet covered the food, preventing customers from seeing what they were being served or the portion sizes.
I was given only one napkin and no bag for my purchase, and the sandwich was poorly sealed with a small sticker, causing it to come apart. While the lady preparing the food was nice and friendly, the owner/manager was perceived as super cheap. Overall, this was the worst fast food experience I've ever had.

Hard cookies and poor service
My experience at the restaurant was disappointing. I asked for some cookies from one tray, but the staff gave me some from another one in the back. These cookies were rocks hard as Fak.
I don't understand why they can't listen and give people what they ask for, especially since we are paying customers.

Disappointing Soup, Good Subs and Wraps
My experience at this restaurant was mixed. I had a low score for the food, especially the broccoli soup, which was so gross! It was watery and not creamy at all, with only one piece of broccoli.
It was also served boiling hot, as if it had been microwaved for too long and wasn't fresh. This was my first and last time buying soup here. The service was a bit odd; an older Asian gentleman asked what I needed but then immediately said 'just a minute' and stood by the register doing nothing, which was weird.
However, the subs were good, and I also tried the wraps, which were very good. !

Unpleasant Service, Good Food
My experience at the restaurant was mixed. While the food was good, the service at the counter was not a pleasant experience. I ordered item #8 and specifically requested no onions.
The person at the counter did not seem to hear me. When I asked to add yellow peppers to make it spicy, I was told, "we go by the recipe. " I understand that, but I felt unable to ask for simple modifications.
I didn't want to ask any further questions, as it felt like anything I said would bother the staff member. I also noticed a sauce with a red dot that said "ask us about this sauce, " but I did not feel comfortable approaching this particular person at the counter to inquire. Overall, it was not a good experience.

Completely Out of Everything!
My experience at this restaurant was extremely disappointing. They were out of meat, cheese, and vegetables. Even the bread was unavailable, and the only option was a five-second toast.
The water was also questionable. It was a complete waste of money and a waste of time. I would not recommend this place.
