Disappointing Subway Experience
My recent Subway experience was thoroughly disappointing. The customer service was abysmal, marked by an unhelpful and indifferent employee. Adding to this, my desired order was unavailable, and the sandwich I eventually received was poorly prepared with low-quality ingredients. Overall, it was a very negative experience.

BOGO Promotion Issues at This Branch
I understand that promotions can vary between different branches. However, this particular branch was listed as an eligible location for the BOGO promotion on the app. Despite this, every time I made a purchase using the promotion, it was subsequently cancelled. This has happened multiple times, and the staff here attributes the problem to the checkout machine.

Missing Ingredients and Wrong Bread
My experience at this restaurant was disappointing. I ordered 2 sandwiches and a protein bowl. Unfortunately, every item had missing ingredients and the wrong bread was used for the sandwiches. I highly recommend going to any other store in the area.

Expensive Beef, Wrong Order

Unsanitary and Subpar Subway Experience
I generally have low expectations for Subway, viewing it as a quick and convenient spot for lunch takeout. However, today, even that basic expectation wasn't met, and I had a pretty bad experience. The person prepping my sandwich was coughing non-stop while handling the ingredients. While I understand it's lunch hour and they need to serve the line, if you're sick, you shouldn't be jeopardizing public health. On top of that, the sandwich itself was sub par, with stingy portions of veggies and sauces. This was less of a concern compared to the unsanitary conditions caused by the coughing.

Consistently Wrong Orders via Uber Eats
My experience at this Subway location has been consistently negative, specifically when ordering through Uber Eats. Every single time, without fail, my sandwich order is incorrect. This 100% error rate suggests a significant issue with either the staff's ability to read orders or their execution of them. It's a horrible Subway location, and frankly, the worst in the city.

Unsanitary Conditions and Poor Service
I'm questioning the presence of the health department or secret shoppers here because the establishment is very unsanitary. Upon entering, I observed a worker touching his face and nose before taking my order, without washing his hands. He then became upset when I inquired about handwashing. While discussing the situation with him, another worker was preparing a sandwich with her phone placed on the counter where food is made. This experience was concerning due to the lack of hygiene and the staff's reaction to feedback.

Subway Experience: Okay, Missed Mini Pizza
My experience at this Subway was okay. It's a Subway, so the quality can be good or bad, but this particular location is acceptable. Unfortunately, I didn't get to try the mini pizza that was offered.
