Frozen sandwich, rude service
My experience at the restaurant was disappointing. The sandwich was frozen cold when I received it. They didn't even oven the bread, and the cheese was not at all melted. Additionally, the lady serving seemed rude to other customers.

Poor Service, Long Wait Time
My experience at the restaurant was characterized by poor and slow service. Despite being advertised as fast food, it took about 30 minutes for the staff to attend to customers, as they were preoccupied with personal conversations. I do not recommend this place.

Good Sandwiches and Service

Quick and Efficient Sandwich Order
My experience at the restaurant was centered around a large order for our bicycle race staff. They were able to fill a 40-sandwich order for our bicycle race staff quickly and efficiently. This was for lunch.

Poorly Managed Subway, Avoid This Location
My experience at this Subway was by far the worse managed I've encountered. The staff never seem present and are constantly making mistakes. Recently, I ordered a 6-inch Philly cheesesteak but was charged for a footlong, a difference of at least $5 before tax. Although I was given $2 back, the most frustrating part was the employee trying to explain the price difference as if I couldn't grasp simple math between a 6-inch and a footlong sandwich. I definitely recommend trying out different places in the area and staying clear from here.

False Advertising and Poor Service
This was the worst Subway experience I’ve ever had. It felt like a total scam. They advertise two big “Meal of the Day” deals, but in reality, there is no deal. I clearly told the employee I wanted 3 Meal of the Day items: 2 Turkey, 1 BMT. At no point did she inform me that the BMT was not part of the deal. When I went to pay, I was charged $43 — full price — and then they told me the BMT wasn’t included, so they refused to give me the third chips and drink. Even on the receipt, it shows I was charged regular prices, not any special deal. So if there’s no real deal, then don’t lie to customers with fake ads. That’s false advertising. I insisted on being charged fairly, but the employee didn’t care at all. Total scam. Avoid this location.

Incredibly Long Wait Time
