Terrible Service, Won't Return

Terrible Experience, Closed When Open
My experience at this restaurant was terrible. I visited a month ago and had a poor customer service experience. Yesterday, I went again, but they were closed on Monday. The open sign was on, yet the door was locked. I knocked multiple times with no response.

Terrible Food and Rude Service
My experience at this restaurant was terrible and a waste of money. The pretzel and churro were so hard that I couldn't even bite them. When I asked for a new one, the server replied that I had to eat both of them in 2 minutes to avoid the problem, which was extremely rude.

Terrible Experience, Avoid This Subway
I ordered my sandwich online and was told it would be ready in 20 minutes. Upon arrival, my sandwich was still not made. It appeared there was only one employee working. After being ignored, I had to ask about my order, and he said it would be ready in a minute. I discovered that the soda machine and toaster oven were also not working. When I asked the employee if my sandwich was toasted, he claimed it was, but it was clearly microwaved. I contacted ownership for a refund, but they only offered a cookie. When I questioned their business practices, they told me I didn't have to eat there anymore. I highly, highly recommend that you do not go to this Subway. They show no respect for their customers and clearly do not maintain their store operations.

Rude Service, Questionable Food
My experience at this restaurant was largely negative due to the rude service. I wanted to add cucumber to my sandwich, but upon inspection, it didn't look fresh. When I asked the lady to include it, she questioned my choice, saying it "doesn't look too good. " I expected her to offer a fresh alternative, but instead, the interaction was unpleasant. With service like this, I believe this place should be closed.

Terrible Service, Unwelcoming Experience
My experience at this restaurant was overwhelmingly negative due to the rude and inhospitable service. The staff member serving us was not at all welcoming and made me wait for 20 minutes, even though I had ordered online and arrived before other customers. When I asked for the sauces that were mentioned in my online order, instead of the correct ones, she was banging sauce bottles and shouting at me. It was a very unwelcoming experience, and I would suggest you go to this place at the cost of your mental peace.

Horrible Experience, No Manners

Old Veggies, Poor Service at This Location
My experience at this restaurant was disappointing. The veggies looked super old, with the lettuce yellowing and the spinach having slimy black spots. Furthermore, the staff hardly put any vegetables on the sandwich. Other locations are much better, and I will not visit this specific store anymore.

Rude Server, Long Wait
My experience at this restaurant was very negative. I encountered a very rude and unresponsive server, an Asian girl, during lunch time. I had to wait for 10 minutes to order my food, and she didn't seem to care, as she was busy with her own tasks.
