Exceptional Service from Concepcion!
My experience at the restaurant was exceptional, primarily due to the outstanding customer service provided by Concepcion. This was my second time seeing her, and her customer service is the best I've encountered in a long time. She consistently smiles and maintains a positive attitude.
Having been in the customer service industry my entire life, I believe she truly deserves a raise. She is a natural people person. If I had the opportunity, I would hire her in a heartbeat for my own company because I see great potential in her.

Closed Early, Unresponsive Staff
My experience at this restaurant was disappointing. Their hours state they close at 9 pm, but upon arriving just 10 minutes before closing, the doors were already locked. The staff did not acknowledge us or even look our way when we attempted to enter.
This lack of service and adherence to their posted hours was frustrating.

Terrible Service, Asked to Leave
I came in at 8: 20 pm on a Friday night with two people ahead of us in line and only one worker. I could tell she was struggling with something and kept going to the back to "go to the bathroom. " After waiting for 15 minutes, she asked my sister and I to leave and eat somewhere else, even though there were still 40 minutes before closing.
This was especially frustrating as it was just us, with no long line behind us. If someone cannot handle working at SUBWAY, they shouldn't be working at all. The service was completely disrespectful and terrible.
When I pushed back slightly, she insulted me. She had black hair with grown-out red roots. Absolutely ridiculous.

Subway Location Disappoints with Availability and Service
My experience at this Subway location was quite disappointing. Despite being a regular customer for years due to its proximity, they consistently lack basic items like the broccoli cheese soup, even hours before closing. I'm often told it's still frozen and takes a long time to defrost.
While one employee has been decent and nice, the two new employees were rude. The fact that this location, situated across from a large apartment complex, rarely has more than one or two customers speaks volumes about the service and atmosphere. I would rather go hungry than return to this particular Subway.

As a DoorDash driver, my experience at this restaurant was extremely frustrating. I waited in the store for 40 minutes without receiving my order. The chef prioritized customers who arrived later, leaving me waiting for an extended period.
