Food safety concerns, but busy night
My experience at this restaurant was unfortunately impacted by concerns regarding food safety. While I understand the Christmas evening rush might have overwhelmed the two employees, what I observed led me to believe that food safety is not always a priority at this store. Due to these observations, I probably will not return.

Poor service, no order assistance
My experience at the restaurant was frustrating. I walked in and stood in front of two employees, being the only person there, for several minutes without any acknowledgment or guidance on ordering. It wasn't until multiple other people walked in that they informed me I had to order at the kiosks.
Due to this lack of initial attention and clear instructions, I decided not to purchase my 4-foot-long subs and opted to eat next door at the pizza place with my family.

Terrible Service and Order Mistakes
My experience at this restaurant was marked by the worst customer service I've ever encountered. The staff seemed to have no idea how to handle my order. I would try to avoid this location if you're looking for a good sub.

Worst Subway Experience Ever
This is the worst Subway I have ever visited. They don't even know how to make sandwiches, and they don't warm the cookies! When I was leaving, I felt I shouldn't have come to this place, and I will not be returning in the future.
Please don't go to this place if you want a good sandwich or anything else.

Amazing Service from Adrian!
My experience at the restaurant was fantastic, largely due to the amazing customer service. I had forgotten to specify if I wanted my sub toasted on the kiosk. Fortunately, Adrian came to the rescue and proactively asked me about it.
He was incredibly helpful and friendly, making the experience very positive.

Subway Kiosks Ruin the Experience
My experience at this Subway was significantly impacted by the introduction of kiosks. While the store was clean and the staff was polite, the kiosks made it take longer to get in and out. Customizing orders with the kiosk was not as easy, and they didn't even have the proper options for the sides that were actually available versus what was on the kiosk menu.
I miss the days of watching them make my order and telling them when it is just right. I absolutely DO NOT LIKE THE KIOSKS! McDonald’s kiosks are fine, and Taco Bell kiosks are sure… but SUBWAY?
! NO! You lose the whole spirit of Subway!
Take them out!

Disappointing Evening Experience
My experience at the restaurant was disappointing. In the evening, they consistently ran out of items. Additionally, they got rid of the veggie patty, which was a significant drawback.

Disgusting Experience, Never Again
My experience at this restaurant was incredibly unpleasant. A big guy with blonde hair coughed on my sandwich three times while he was making it. To make matters worse, he then tried to charge me $16.
99 for a meal of the day footlong. This was by far the worst subway experience I've had. I'm sorry to be the one to point this out, but at the very least, one should cover their mouth or turn away when coughing.
I rarely leave reviews, but this was my first one due to a truly horrible experience. It was disgusting, and I had to throw away the food and buy something elsewhere.

Worst Subway Experience Ever
My experience at this Subway was the worst I've ever had. The system wouldn't allow me to order sandwiches, yet it still took my money. The staff assured me the money would be returned, but I'm still waiting.
When I asked for assistance, the manager, Adrian, became very angry. It was a truly terrible experience, and I will never visit Subway again. A nearby pizzeria is a much better option.

Subway's New Ordering System is a Disaster
My experience at this Subway was incredibly frustrating due to their new self-ordering system. Lol. It's ridiculously inefficient for normal, walk-in orders, mixing mobile and walk-in customers.
We waited over 30 minutes for just one sandwich. The computer system falsely claimed items like olives were out of stock, even though I could see them. When I asked to order with an employee, I was told 'NO, ' so I didn't order at all.
To make matters worse, employees often had to ask customers questions about their orders anyway, especially when items ran out. I wish they would just take orders normally so people could get served quickly! My grandmother ended up ordering, and my husband and I chose not to give this place our money.
We're done with Subway. I feel genuinely bad for the single employee who had to deal with this idiotic system. He was working excessively hard for people not even present, while in-store customers gathered and stood around forever, becoming annoyed.
It's a really stupid system.
