Small Portions, Questionable Honesty
My experience at this restaurant was disappointing. I felt that I did not get what I paid for, as the portions were very small. It is advised to check your sandwich before leaving.
When a neighborhood restaurant cannot be trusted to be honest, they should not be in business.

Excellent Sandwich and Cleanliness
My midday lunch experience was great. The staff provided excellent service, and the sandwich artist crafted a sandwich reminiscent of Subway's former glory, generously filled with ingredients. The bathroom and lobby were also notably clean.

Horrible attitude, won't return
My experience at this Subway was horrible due to the way customers were treated. While I understand that it can get busy, the staff's horrible attitude and the way they spoke to customers were unacceptable. If employees are unhappy with their jobs, they should not be working here.

Disappointing Service and Skimpy Sandwiches
My experience at this restaurant was quite disappointing. I encountered a bearded staff member who was noticeably skimping on vegetables in my order. Their customer service was lacking; they showed no engagement or even a smile from the start.
The only time they seemed to perk up was when another employee arrived for their shift. I ended up with skimped, sad sandwiches and a generally off vibe, making me want to leave quickly.

Horrible Service, Okay Food
My experience at this restaurant was marred by horrible customer service. I was left waiting in the lobby for five minutes because a worker was on his phone. When I finally got to order, the worker rationed my food, stating he didn't want to do "food prep.
" He was very rude, and it seems customer service is out of the window here. The food itself was decent, rated a 3 out of 5.

Horrible Service, Never Returning
I came on a Sunday night with my boys. As we walked in, an older African American man with a beard working there seemed visibly annoyed. He ignored us and went to the back.
After I stood there for a while, being the only customers, he asked if he could help me. It was clear he disliked his job. While we were eating, he went outside and stood by the door, seemingly watching traffic.
The service was horrible, and we will never come back. If you close at 9 pm, why are you putting things away at 7 pm?

Horrible Service, Won't Return
My experience at this restaurant was overwhelmingly negative due to the horrible service. The staff member, Jerry, made it incredibly obvious that he did not want to be there. He was very rude and would mumble when asked a question, making it impossible to understand him.

Horrible Experience, Frozen Food, Moldy Bread
My experience at this restaurant was horrible. Despite the issues, I still purchased the food because they were working on it. My experiences were consistently bad.
An employee named Jerry, an older black male, was extremely rude and acted like he didn’t want to be there. There was a younger gentleman, a younger black gentleman, who provided excellent service previously, but since he hasn't been there, I try to avoid going inside. My last visit was the worst: the tomatoes were frozen, and half my bread was molded.
I haven't returned since, and if I could, I'd give them half a star.
