Friendly Service, Great Sandwich
My experience at the restaurant was fantastic, largely due to the incredibly friendly woman who made my sandwich. She was one of the friendliest people I've met. The sandwich itself was also great.

Disappointing Turkey Sandwich Experience
My experience at the restaurant was quite disappointing, particularly with the food. Despite dealing with a large family and what seemed like a language barrier, the staff managed to serve me a sandwich with only one flimsy piece of turkey. After waiting in a long line, I was too nervous to leave without it and took it home.
Upon arriving home, I found the portion of turkey was so small it only covered half of the 6-inch sandwich, leading me to discard the other half. The atmosphere was rated a 5 and service a 4, but the food quality, specifically the portion size, was a significant letdown with a score of 2.

Excellent Service at Subway!
⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ My experience at this Subway was exceptional, offering one of the best customer service experiences I've had at a fast-food establishment. From the moment I entered, the staff, Angie and Liza, greeted me with a warm smile and a friendly attitude. They were incredibly patient and attentive, ensuring I received exactly what I wanted, even with my indecisiveness about toppings.
The cleanliness and organization of the restaurant were particularly noteworthy. The team worked efficiently while still taking the time to engage in conversation, showing genuine care for the customer experience beyond just making a sandwich. The sandwich itself was fresh and prepared precisely to my liking, served with professionalism and kindness.
It's rare to encounter such enthusiasm and care in a fast-paced environment. A big shoutout to Angie and Liza for making my visit so pleasant. I will definitely return, not only for the food but for the excellent service!

Coupon refused, skimpy sandwich
My experience at this restaurant was disappointing. I wouldn't take my coupon, and the sandwich had very little meat. Even at full price, it only included lettuce, tomato, and onion.

Great for a Quick Bite with Nice Ambiance
My experience at this restaurant was very positive. It's conveniently located and easy to get in and out of. I appreciated that I could dine in and enjoy the nice San Diego weather while having my sub.
The reviewer highly recommends it for a quick bite, whether on the way to the airport or waiting for a flight. Both patio and indoor seating are available.

Rude Service and Incorrect Billing
Upon entering, I encountered two female employees. Despite there being no line, one employee told me to "hold up, I’ll help you in a bit, " while the other simply looked at me before walking to the back. When the latter employee finally assisted me, her demeanor was very rude; she was throwing my food around and slamming the oven and vegetables onto the sandwich.
As she passed my sandwich to another employee, she made a comment in a foreign language about "steak, " even though I had ordered turkey. While I didn't dwell on it at the time, it raised questions when I went to pay. The second employee seemed to be acting oblivious and even walked away from the register as my receipt was printing.
After I waited and asked for my receipt, she handed it over, revealing I had been charged for a steak sandwich, which was only a few cents more than my actual order. My concern isn't the small price difference, but the fact that employees feel entitled to charge customers whatever they please. If they can do this, who knows what else they might do, potentially serving contaminated food out of personal dislike.
Employees who cannot control their emotions should not be working in customer-facing roles.
