Online Order Issues: No Toast, No Patties
My experience was quite disappointing. I ordered my food toasted with a veggie patty, but it arrived neither toasted nor with any patties. It's frustrating how difficult it is to get online ordering right, and I couldn't even go back to return the incorrect order.

Terrible Service, Avoid This Place
My experience at this restaurant was incredibly disappointing due to the terrible service. The person who assisted me was incredibly rude and lacked any semblance of customer service. When I tried to explain exactly what I wanted, he proceeded with the order with a very bad attitude. When I inquired about a salad, he simply stated he had no clue, clearly indicating he didn't want to serve any customer. To top it off, when the food was ready, he charged the order completely wrong and didn't even offer an apology for the inconvenience. I will definitely not recommend anyone to come to this establishment.

Amazing Subway Experience with Conrad!
My experience at this Subway was the best I've ever had. The staff member, Conrad (I think that was his name), who worked the night of 9/30, was amazing. He was very nice, very helpful, and in a great mood. He made the sandwiches perfectly with no mistakes. I hope he works every time I come back.

Fresh, Tasty Subs with Friendly Service!
My experience at this restaurant was very positive. The food was fresh & tasty. I was particularly impressed with the service; the lady working on August 2nd around 5: 30 PM was super helpful and very friendly. She made my sub exactly as I requested. I wish I had known about this store on previous trips to the Orlando area.

Mobile Order Disaster, Poor Service
I placed a mobile order for a 6-inch sub, scheduled for 12: 30 pm. Upon arrival, the app indicated it was ready, but no mobile orders had been started. There was only one staff member working, who was clearly overwhelmed. A second employee arrived 15 minutes later but ignored my polite request to cancel the order due to an upcoming meeting. She insisted I cancel through the app, which then directed me to call the store. She then stated that since the GM wasn't present, I would have to pay without receiving my food. Consequently, I left without my order or a refund. This was extremely poor service and showed zero accountability. I strongly advise avoiding this location.

Shay's Love Makes This Place Thrive!
My experience at this restaurant was fantastic! I visit at least three times a week and am always greeted by Shay, who is incredibly sweet. She truly believes that 'everything is made with love', and you can feel that love from her and her great team. They are very helpful whenever I come in. Thanks, Shay, for making this store thrive. You have my business, and everyone at my job's business too!

Terrible Experience: Dry Bread and Slow Service
DO NOT GO HERE. I was looking for a late-night snack and found Subway. Upon entering, it felt like a ghost town; all the vegetables were empty, there were no chips, and only one person was working. It took 25 minutes for our turn, even with only one person ahead of us. We asked the staff if they had what we needed, and they said, “yes, I have it in the back. ” We proceeded to order four footlongs. We discovered they didn't have the items we requested only when we were almost finished with the order. We decided to forget about it and find an alternative. Then, we noticed the bread looked dead and dry. I asked if the bread was fresh and soft, and as she held it, she said yes. I took it home to eat it, and WHEN I TELL YOU THE HARDEST BREAD I HAVE EVER FELT – the bread was a ROCK. My daughter ate it and threw up. NEVER GOING AGAIN. SAVE YOURSELF.

Cleanest Subway, Amazing Staff!
My experience at this Subway was exceptional. It's literally the cleanest Subway I have ever been in. A huge thank you to Joyce and Christina for everything! The staff are on point and pretty fast. Each sandwich is literally an art form. They handled my allergy concerns with no problem. Whether you're looking for a salad, a Subway sandwich, or even pizza, they do it all with a smile.

Terrible Experience at Subway
My experience at this Subway was one of the worst I've had. On a Tuesday night, there was only one person working, and she was extremely rude. She didn't greet anyone, not even with a simple "hello" or "how can I help you? ", and her attitude towards customers was disrespectful. The sandwiches were poorly made, with ingredients thrown together incorrectly. At one point, she even asked a customer if they spoke English, which was completely inappropriate. The restaurant was empty, and no other staff were around to assist. It's clear they are short-staffed, but the way this employee treated people was unacceptable. Based on this experience, I will definitely not be returning to this location.

Terrible service, won't return
I ordered online and found the options to be limited. At other Subway locations, my usual order of two sandwiches is always fulfilled as requested, with no issues regarding verbal or online notes. However, at this particular location, when I placed my order the same way, the staff member informed me she couldn't make the sandwich as I typically get it. When I expressed surprise, she accused me of lying and suggested other stores disregard food costs. I offered to pay any difference, but she became more dismissive, sarcastically stating she'd make it this time but I shouldn't ask for it again without ordering it "the right way. " I explained I would order it "the right way" on the app and seek a refund for the "messed up" sandwich. It's not just what you say, but how you say it. This situation could have been a learning opportunity, but instead, it was met with sarcasm, a bad attitude, and smirky expressions. If you're unhappy, you need to find a better fit. I will never return to this location.
