Uncomfortable Experience with Manager's Actions
My experience at this restaurant was unsettling. I witnessed a customer, who I believe is a regular known for using five raw sugar packets, punch another person inside the store. Shockingly, the manager then proceeded to give the aggressor a free drink.
This incident made the employees, including myself, feel very uncomfortable.

Disappointing Corporate Experience
My experience at this Starbucks was incredibly disappointing, feeling like just another corporate restaurant. I'm tired of the impersonal, manager-by-computer vibe that corporate establishments often have. While we might be stuck with airlines for family gatherings, food experiences like this are just sad.

Jackie's Kindness Made My Day
On a cold and wet early Friday morning, I visited the Starbucks in Georgetown. I realized I only had $2. 67 in my pocket as I approached the cashier.
I asked if that amount would get me any hot drinks. Without hesitation, the cashier, JACKIE, told me to put my money away. She quickly went to the customer's line and bought me a hot drink, then insisted I get a sandwich.
I knew then that this lovely and kind-hearted cashier was planning to pay for me. She insisted I get a sandwich, but I didn't want her to spend too much, so I ordered a round cheese danish she had introduced me to. Never in my life have I had someone do this for me.
As I'm writing this review, my heart feels softer, and I almost burst into tears thanks to her generosity and loving nature. I will never forget this rare moment, and it has now become a highlight in my life thanks to this amazing, caring cashier by the name of JACKIE! (Hopefully I spelled your name right).
Starbucks, JACKIE is the one reason that gives your company a good name now and for many more years. Thank you again, JACKIE. It's cold and wet out here, so I have to go, and I'll see you again.

Ruined Coffee Experience
I had to change my review to one star. My experience was extremely negative. The $7 cup of coffee was ruined.
As of today, I will never buy another cup at Starbucks and I hope they go out of business.

Friendly Staff, Delicious Food!

Great Service, Parking Needs Improvement
My experience at this restaurant was largely positive, primarily due to the excellent service. I accidentally ordered the wrong drink, but Ms. Sonny quickly and professionally fixed my order with no issues. I also appreciated the great attitudes of the staff, and the cashier, Jacky, was very welcoming with a smile.
The only significant drawback was the parking lot, which is too small for the amount of traffic it receives. Overall, the professionalism and great attitudes of the staff made for a pleasant visit, despite the parking inconvenience.

Misleading Hours and Poor Communication
I arrived at 7: 00 p. M. Based on the official website and Google Maps stating the restaurant was open until 9: 00 p.
M. After 15 minutes, I was informed I had to leave in another 15 minutes, as the seating area closed at 7: 30 p. M.
I would not have purchased a drink if I knew I could only stay for 30 minutes. Their basic communication is horrible. It's surprising that their official website doesn't include this crucial detail, only mentioning that the drive-thru is open until 9.

Store Hours Inaccurate, Bad Experience
My experience at this restaurant was disappointing due to inaccurate store hours. The online listing clearly stated Sunday hours until 9 pm on August 31st. However, upon arrival, employees began closing the store at 7: 30 pm.
This discrepancy led to a bad customer experience, and I would not have driven here if I had known the actual closing time.
