Long Wait, Cancelled Order
My experience was frustrating. Despite having seven baristas working on a single frap order, I waited over fifteen minutes. The board indicated my order was ready, but it hadn't actually been made.
This put me in a conundrum as I was on my lunch break. I would try to avoid this place during both rush and non-rush hours. I eventually cancelled my order.

Decent Cappuccino and Late Hours
Frankly, I'm not a big fan of Starbucks as I find their coffee weak. However, at this location, the cappuccino was pretty decent. Starbucks also stays open late, which is a plus.
A special mention goes to the reusable cups they serve coffee in, which they sterilize and re-use. This is one of the few Starbucks locations I would return to.

Exceptional Service Made My Day!
My experience at this Starbucks was outstanding, primarily due to the incredible staff. The trio of humans I encountered – Jeff, Nia, and Dan – were the most spirited, enthusiastic, and personable Starbucks workers I’ve ever seen in my life. I've been a connoisseur for decades, and their exceptional service truly made my super stressful day better.
The service was a perfect 5/5, and the atmosphere and food also received perfect scores of 5/5.

Consistently Great Starbucks Experience
My experience at this Starbucks has been consistently excellent. It's my go-to location, as I've found many other Starbucks have declined in quality. The drinks are consistent, which is exactly what I look for when visiting Starbucks.
The atmosphere also contributes to a positive experience, making it worthwhile.

Great Starbucks with a View
My experience at this Starbucks was fantastic! The service was exceptional, with everyone being super nice. The wait time was not long, which was great.
I also enjoyed the food and drinks. Although the store itself doesn't have seating, the nearby seats offer great views of the rink. It's definitely one of my favorite Starbucks to order from.

Loyal Customer, Declining Service
As a loyal customer to this specific Starbucks location, I've noticed a significant decline in service. The hiring process needs improvement, as the service has gone wayyy down hill. I experienced a 15-minute wait, during which everyone else was served before me.
It wasn't until I verbally inquired about my order that I was informed they were sold out of a particular item. Customer service is a crucial part of working at Starbucks, and this location seems to have lost sight of that.

Standard Food, Expected More
My experience at this restaurant was centered around standard menu and drinks. Given that they sponsor the title name, I expected a better overall experience. The food was rated 4/5, atmosphere 4/5, and service 5/5.

Starbucks: Quality Drinks, Pricey but Worth It
My experience at Starbucks is generally positive for the quality & taste of their drinks & food. No other coffee place compares. However, a number of locations have limited seating due to transient issues.
The University Village location is an exception, though finding a seat can be challenging in this popular spot. Starbucks tends to be pricey, but competitors are not far behind in price increases. For this reason, I purchased my own espresso maker but still visit Starbucks now and then.

Efficient Starbucks at the Iceplex
My experience at this Starbucks, located on the second level of the iceplex right by the top of the stairs, was positive. It's a very small Starbucks, but the staff is very efficient. The order number monitor on the back wall is helpful for keeping track of orders.
Due to the tight space, there's no visual pastry bar, but they do offer a flip menu of items next to the cashier.
