As a daily customer, I was disappointed when my elderly mother needed to use the restroom before we ordered our usual. A staff member refused to share the code. It's a shame that Starbucks management can be so inconsiderate. Common sense would suggest making exceptions for elderly customers, but that wasn't the case here.

My experience at this Starbucks location was very impressive. I've been going through a lot in my life, and the atmosphere here is very uplifting for me. The staff are incredibly friendly and accommodating. I feel like this is a very judge-free zone. I highly recommend this location for anyone. It's a great place. The staff, even when not directly helping customers, sound very happy and carry themselves with a great attitude.

My recent experience at this Starbucks, usually a place I enjoy, was marred by an interaction with an employee named Elena. When I inquired about the restroom, her response was abrupt and unwelcoming: “Restrooms are for customers only. ” This was delivered with a cold, dismissive tone, lacking any greeting or attempt to ascertain if I was a paying customer or had a mobile order. The immediate assumption and absence of basic hospitality were quite disappointing. A little kindness goes a long way, especially in customer-facing roles.

My experience at this Starbucks was disappointing because the establishment has been essentially out of order for well over a month now. You can’t sit and work here or use the rest room. I'm giving a low rating not because of the staff, who are very nice, but due to the ongoing operational issues.

My experience at this restaurant was quite negative. The staff demonstrated a lack of knowledge in preparing drinks and refused to remake a poorly made one. This resulted in pretty bad customer service, and I believe they are destroying the brand.

Hands down, this is the best Starbucks I’ve been to that’s not a reserve store! The service is on par with a Reserve store, and the staff are so highly commendable! I can’t believe this is the Starbucks close to where I work, and I can just drop by every morning to kick-start my day with a great cup of coffee and lovely greetings! 🌟

I am a daily customer, and every time I request the code for the bathroom, there is a specific girl who refuses and invents excuses not to provide it. This happened just because I told her that the coffee had too much foam and little liquid. I felt this was a humiliation and racism on the part of the staff working at that location.

I went to this Starbucks hoping to charge my phone and work on my laptop, but unfortunately, all the outlets were closed : (. Despite this inconvenience, I still ordered a drink, and it was good.

I just popped in for a minute and was immediately welcomed with a friendly smile and a good morning. The service was quick and friendly. I'll remember this location 👍

My experience at this restaurant was quite negative, primarily due to the horrible coffee. My drink was disgusting, and I ended up having to throw it away. I would recommend going to Equator instead.
