Coconut Allergy Ignored
My experience was concerning due to a severe allergy. I ordered the dragon drink and specifically requested soymilk as a replacement for coconut milk because I am allergic to coconut. Despite confirming with the barista that soymilk was used, they still included coconut milk in my drink.
This oversight put my health at risk.

Disappointing Coffee, Bland Flavors
My experience at this restaurant was quite disappointing, especially concerning the food. The café latte tasted only of milk, and the café moka was even worse, with a flavor of just hot milk. The food received a very low score of 1, while service and atmosphere were rated a moderate 3.

Great Food and Service, Don't Mind the Grumps
My experience at the restaurant was positive. I wouldn't believe all of the angry reviews; they're just cranky because they didn't have their coffee yet. The employees know what they're doing, and it didn't take too long.
The food was excellent, and the service was efficient.

Long Wait, Questionable Cleanliness
My experience at this restaurant was mixed. While the coffee was good, the wait time was excessively long, taking over 30 minutes. I understand a morning rush, but this felt like an eternity.
What was particularly concerning was the presence of flies in the food display case. This raised serious questions about the overall cleanliness of the establishment. If the food display case isn't clean, I worry about what else might be neglected.
I wish I hadn't gotten a coffee here.

Disappointing Ice Latte Experience
I was just there a few minutes ago and I ordered an ice latte, which is what I usually order. However, they just gave me a black latte. You guys should hire people that know what they're doing.
I've been many times and this is the first time it's happened. I'm no longer going there, but you guys should check on your workers.

Expensive and watery cold brew
Are you kidding me? My experience was with a $6 cold brew that was literally 90% ice, with only about 30ml of coffee. I wish I was joking.
It felt like Starbucks, more like Starsucks!

Disappointing Starbucks Experience
My experience at this Starbucks location has been consistently poor. On my first visit, the two staff members were engrossed in conversation and ignored me waiting to order. When they finally acknowledged me, they were joking around while taking my order.
My second visit today was even worse. I ordered a Moca Cookie Crumble Frapp, but they made me a Vanilla Frapp that wasn't even full, with the top half being whipped cream. The Moca Frapp costs $6.
35, while the Vanilla Frapp was about $5. Despite having 5-6 staff members present, they made drinks very slowly and unprofessionally. When I asked them to scan my Starbucks app code, they claimed it wasn't working.
They still made my drink incorrectly, and when I inquired if it was the Moca Crumble Cookie Frapp, the staff member confirmed it was, despite it being wrong. This has never happened at other Starbucks branches. As a fan of the brand for over 6 years, I am extremely disappointed with this location and will never return.

Terrible Starbucks Experience
My experience at this Starbucks was the worst I've had in San Francisco. The service was poor, they were out of supplies, and the place was dirty. The staff seemed inexperienced.

Disappointing Starbucks Experience
My experience at this Starbucks was overwhelmingly negative. The staff seemed poorly trained, and it was common for them to be out of essential items like straws, cups, or lids. My order was frequently messed up, resulting in the wrong size and an incorrect, higher charge.
While the location is convenient, the lack of integration with the Starbucks mobile app contributes to the excessive busyness. This is one of the worst Starbucks locations in SF.

Cozy Starbucks with Friendly Baristas
My experience at the Starbucks located within Target at Stonestown was pleasant. The cafe is small and cozy, offering very comfortable seating, especially the window seats which are perfect for people-watching while enjoying coffee. There are also smaller round tables available in the courtyard.
The baristas were fast and very friendly. The counter is conveniently located at the store entrance of Target 🎯.
