Exceptional Matcha Latte & Outstanding Service by Dani!
My best matcha latte ever! I also had the best experience with Starbucks employee Dani 💗👏👏👏. Dani, your barista at the Starbucks branch at 1700 Owens Street, San Francisco, is a model employee. She excels not only in the quality of her impeccable matcha latte but also in her wonderful warmth and quality of customer service! Hey Starbucks team! You should use Dani as a model of leadership and example! Don't let her beauty and friendliness distract you; Dani is young, but her leadership stands out. She knows how to manage her brilliant work with kindness and, above all, excellence. After observing her work with other customers, with speed and great communication, and seeing how she interacts with efficiency and cordiality, this girl deserves a promotion! And Starbucks, a round of applause for hiring such a distinguished employee.

Inconsistent Service, Good Food
My experience at this restaurant was mixed. While the food, specifically the lemon bread and cake, was good (rated 4/5), the service was a significant letdown, receiving a low score of 2/5. On my first visit, an employee was lazy with customer service. After I paid for my brewed coffee, she dispensed it but walked away, requiring me to ask another employee for the cup. This is different from other stores where the employee hands you the coffee immediately. Another time, when I purchased the lemon bread, the same employee gave me the lemon cake in its plastic bag without properly placing it in the Starbucks paper bag. This lack of attentiveness made the experience feel less standard than what I've experienced at other locations. The atmosphere was rated 3/5.
