As someone who works at Starbucks, I was disappointed to visit this location. I was told no to customizations that I know are possible, allowed, and pretty simple. It felt like the individual baristas just liked saying no. To top it off, my drink was made wrong. #DoBetter

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I had a great experience at this Starbucks! The staff was super friendly and welcoming from the moment I walked in. My drink came out quickly and was made perfectly, just how I like it. The store was clean, cozy, and had a really nice vibe. Definitely one of the better Starbucks locations I’ve been to. I’ll absolutely be coming back!

My experience at this Starbucks was incredibly positive. The establishment was consistently clean and welcoming. I visited to get some work done, and the staff was incredibly nice. One of the baristas even engaged in conversation, asking about my day and recommending a new drink that quickly became my favorite. The overall atmosphere of the place felt comfortable and well taken care of.

My experience at the restaurant was fantastic! The girl who served me through the drive-through was wonderful and a sweet heart. My coffeee was absolutely delicious as well.

My experience involved ordering an Iced Caramel Macchiato with light ice, 6 pumps of vanilla syrup, extra caramel drizzle, and oat milk. Unfortunately, this is the second time a fly has ended up in my drink. While I didn't take action the first time, I cannot overlook it happening again. I am seeking an explanation as to how this can occur.

My experience this morning was a mix. The cashier lady was very nice, but the two helpers at the end of the line seemed disconnected and unprofessional, displaying a lack of care for the customer. If you don't like customer service, it's best to find another job, as there's no need for passive-aggressiveness or making customers feel unwelcome. I've lost my business at this location. My experience at this restaurant was overwhelmingly positive, with everything being perfect except for the temperature. While the food and service were exceptional, earning top marks, the atmosphere was slightly marred by it being a bit cold during winter. Despite this minor drawback, the overall experience was excellent.

My daughters dragged me here so I could pay. The people were nice, but it's damn expensive for what felt like mud water. The atmosphere was rated a 2, and the food a 3.
