Starbucks - Reviews

My experience at this Starbucks was quite negative. I had just arrived for work and was still getting set up when I was approached by a woman working there. She stated I needed to purchase something, even though I hadn't had a chance to order yet. It was one of the least friendly Starbucks I've ever been to.

My husband and I had a wonderful experience at this Starbucks during our vacation in San Diego. The staff, particularly Asa and Jem, were incredibly welcoming and catered to our specific latte preferences. The spacious lobby and the well-crafted sliding wooden door to the pantry added to the pleasant atmosphere.

I frequently visit this Starbucks location, whether I choose to sit inside or use the drive-thru. On several occasions, I've placed mobile orders because my order is complicated and customized, and I want to ensure it's placed correctly. Multiple times now, upon arriving at the speaker, I've encountered condescending remarks from a worker named Keira. I'm simply letting them know I've arrived, not expecting the order to be ready or rushing them. Today, they asked us to pull around again to assist other cars behind us, which was understandable and more than okay. However, Keira's attitude and remarks make this location much less pleasant, and I'd rather drive elsewhere.

They were a lifesaver on Thanksgiving day. I thought they were closed, but they came out and said, "No, we’re open. " Super good and perky SERVICE 😎.

My experience at this restaurant was great. The workers were very friendly, and they handled rude customers with professionalism. I appreciated that the bathrooms were for customers only, as this contributed to their cleanliness. Unlike other establishments with easily accessible bathrooms that are often nasty, their bathrooms were always clean.

I was confused and frustrated when I saw the restaurant was listed as open at 4 am, but I couldn't enter the store. I woke up early for no reason and then could not get serviced in the drive-thru. This was a very disappointing experience.

My experience at this cafe was truly unique and beautiful. The cafe itself is stunning, adorned with nice decorative touches. The staff and management were incredibly kind and helpful, embodying the spirit of returning to a familiar and welcoming place. I hope to see more cafes like this one!

The store itself is cute and cozy, but the staff was not nice. They all looked like they didn’t want to be there, which made for an uncomfortable situation when ordering. There are much better locations in the Point Loma area than this one.

My experience at this restaurant was quite busy! It was also super cold, so if you plan on sitting for a bit, you might want a sweater. Our iced cold brew drinks and hot coffee were to our satisfaction. The small shared parking lot can be a bit frenzied.

Wish we knew the drive thru was broken before wasting gas to come all the way.
