Best Ice and Drink Ratios!
My experience at this restaurant was exceptional, especially regarding their cold drinks. I drive past the one across the street from my house because of the ice and perfect ratio in their cold drinks! The food was also rated a 5, and the atmosphere was a 5, indicating a very enjoyable dining environment. The service also received a perfect score of 5.

Refused service for ice, unkind supervisor
I tried to purchase a cup of ice, but they refused to sell it to me. I understand there's a new policy, but I was willing to pay for it. The Starbucks at Garnett Avenue was kind enough to give me one. Thanks for being ridiculously difficult and unkind, Yesenia. You maybe shouldn’t be a supervisor if you lack criteria.

Exceptional Service from Mel!
I had the pleasure of interacting with Mel during a recent visit for a meeting. As I was walking out with an iced coffee, she noticed me and kindly offered a free refill—without me even asking. She went out of her way to approach me and offer something thoughtful and unexpected. In today’s world, genuine interactions like that are rare. Major kudos to Mel. Starbucks should do everything they can to keep her—she’s a true asset. I really appreciated the experience.

Great spot for late-night work or relaxation
This is a great place. They close the lobby late, so you can come and relax or do some work/homework and not be worried that you won't have enough time to finish. Don't take the corner table, that's mine, I'll fight you for it.

Disappointing Bathroom Policy and Service
As a customer of this Starbucks for nearly a year, I was deeply disappointed when I was denied access to the bathroom by an employee named Liyah. Liyah, please learn about the 'third place' concept and show customers more respect, putting aside any personal bad days. Noel, I urge you to speak with your employees about prioritizing frequent customers and allowing them bathroom access. I hope this store improves its customer service. I've observed that many employees take excessive time with individual customers. Having previously worked as a shift supervisor for Starbucks, I can attest that these employees are not managed effectively and have lost the 'third place' ethos, becoming more rude. Additionally, the batch brew cycle needs to be conducted every 30 minutes.

Too much ice in my lemonade
My experience at the restaurant was disappointing, particularly with the drinks. I ordered a lemonade and was surprised to find that it was more than half ice. This was not apparent until I had already consumed a significant portion of it. Friendly Service, Watery Chai
My experience at this restaurant was generally positive, with friendly baristas and good breakfast options. However, I found that the chai latte consistently tasted like water, even when ordering a short size in hopes of a better spice ratio. For the most part, it was just hot water.

Ridiculous Amount of Ice
I drove past a cafe because I didn’t want to get out of the car, and this was the closest drive-thru. My mistake. I spent $8 for 3 sips of drink because the entire cup was just filled with ice. It was ridiculous.
