My experience at this restaurant was always good. The staff is very friendly, and I appreciated that there was no line today, which was great. The place itself is nice and clean.

My experience at this restaurant was not very friendly today, and the food didn't taste like the same order I had three days ago in the afternoon. As someone new to the neighborhood, I was looking forward to finding a friendly place to take my visiting friends from Tennessee, hoping for a coffee shop feel. Unfortunately, the seats were uncomfortable and limited.

My experience at this restaurant was a mixed bag. The coffee was very good, and the service was excellent. However, I was surprised and disappointed to find that a public establishment like this does not have a bathroom for customer use. This lack of a basic amenity is a significant drawback.

My experience at this Starbucks location has been incredibly positive. Having visited many Starbucks across the US, I can confidently say this is the most consistent one I've encountered. The management is good, and the baristas are all excellent. They are remarkably fast at preparing drinks, and I've never seen a store serve drinks so quickly, especially considering the number of customers they serve.

I was very disappointed with my visit to the Starbucks in the Gaslamp Quarter in San Diego. In the USA, I was accustomed to getting free water at Starbucks. You don't have to drink coffee all day. This time, however, I was told that water was only available with a purchase. I understand there are company policies, but I am very disappointed that this practice has apparently changed since 2025. Previously, you could get water for free once or twice a day, but now that's no longer possible. It's a shame that Starbucks as a company has enforced this change. I feel that the service one expects from Starbucks suffers because of it.

My experience at this restaurant was limited to grab and go only, as there was no seating available. They’ve taken all the chairs away, so unless you want to stand while you drink your coffee, it’s takeout only.

My experience at this coffee shop was very bad. The staff were unqualified, and they made a mistake when taking my order. They then expected me to pay again for their error. This is the worst coffee shop in the chain that I know of. I do not recommend it.

This is a nice spot for a quick coffee break. The staff were friendly and my drink came out fast. It can get a little crowded in the afternoon, but overall, it's a reliable choice.

I specifically requested no ice for my latte, knowing I would be picking it up a bit later than when it was ready, to avoid a watered-down coffee. Upon arrival, I received only half a latte for $6. 25. While I won't truly enjoy my latte, I will enjoy the rest of my day.
