Horrible Service and Unwelcoming Atmosphere
As a strong supporter of this location, I was stunned by the disrespect from the servers today at this Starbucks. I went in to utilize the facilities and get some food, and was immediately told that if I didn’t buy anything, I absolutely cannot use their facilities. This is definitely not welcoming, especially for mothers.

Disappointing Restroom Policy
I was quite surprised when my daughter was told she needed to make a purchase to use the restroom. While she did end up making a purchase after her visit, the situation was uncomfortable. Rather than cause a scene, which was an option, and risk her having an accident, we will have to find another shop to patronize.
This is disappointing, as we have visited many Starbucks locations across the country. It's a sad day.

Long Wait for Drinks, Mobile Orders Prioritized
My experience at this Starbucks was not good. I waited 15 to 20 minutes inside to place my order for three drinks, two of which were identical. When I received the first drink, I inquired about the delay for the other two.
I was informed that "Mobile orders come first and are the priority at this location. " This meant any mobile orders received while mine was being processed would be made and handed out before mine. I then had to wait an additional 6 to 8 minutes for my remaining two drinks.

Spilled Drink Disaster at Drive-Thru
I'm usually not one to post reviews, and especially not negative ones, but what happened to me today because of a careless mistake was insane. I went to this drive-thru this morning with my fiance. As soon as we were handed my watered down Frappuccino, the lid wasn’t properly secured.
Unfortunately, we did not notice this. As soon as we drove off and I picked up my drink, it spilled everywhere – on top of me, my seat, and my floorboard. Honestly, it's ridiculous that they can't make sure a lid is properly secured to ensure stuff like this doesn't happen to people who are DRIVING.

Slow Service and Disregarded Online Orders
My experience was marked by significant delays. I ordered my drink 25 minutes ago, and it took an additional 10 minutes after the app indicated it was ready to actually receive it. The staff seemed more engaged in personal conversations, treating it like a social event, rather than recognizing the urgency of online orders for customers needing to pick up their coffee and leave.

Coffee Order Incorrect, Disappointing Experience
My experience was disappointing because I ordered a Vanilla Sweet Cream Cold Brew with additional things, but I received the coffee without the additions. I paid for the additions, and despite being clear about what I wanted when ordering, I received the complete opposite. I'm not usually one to complain, but this was a significant error.

Best Frappuccino in Downtown Orlando!
My experience at this Starbucks was fantastic! I had the best Frappuccino ever. This Starbucks is frequented by people who are working, and it's located in Orlando Downtown.
The atmosphere was rated a 5, and the service was also a 5. The food received a 5 as well. The noise level was moderate, and it's suitable for all group sizes.

Discriminated Against and Threatened at Starbucks
I am a young disabled man with a service animal who was forced to leave the Starbucks patio. The manager insisted I make my coffee purchase immediately, despite my plans to leave shortly after finishing work for a local client. My behavior on the patio involved working on my computer using my own Wi-Fi, and I intended to grab a coffee and go, as I usually do on long business trips.
The manager's aggressive stance, standing over me and threatening me to leave if I didn't purchase immediately, was alarming. I had not even entered the store and had been nothing but polite. I was alone on the porch with one other customer, bothering no one.
It's difficult for me to consume food or liquids due to my disability. The policy seems to require purchasing a hot beverage long before departure, leading to a cold drink, which contradicts the presence of chairs and tables. I've never witnessed such behavior at Starbucks in numerous monthly visits.
I felt stalked, singled out, and discriminated against by someone on a power trip. The initial employee circled me multiple times before the manager approached. There's a strong possibility of discrimination against my service animal, whose behavior was impeccable.
The staff was unfriendly and demanding, which I consider bullying, especially when asking someone with a disability to act against their medical needs. This experience made no logical sense and left me feeling scared and physically threatened by the manager's size and aggressive demeanor. I have patronized many Starbucks locations without ever experiencing such treatment.
I believe new staff is needed to prevent driving away customers.

Excellent Atmosphere and Service!
My experience at this restaurant was fantastic. The atmosphere was great, with a clean space that accommodated people working or studying. The service was excellent, particularly from Cheyenne, who was super friendly and kind.
The food was also rated highly.

Disappointing Service and Quality
I used to spend a lot of time and money at Starbucks, often working there all day and purchasing breakfast, lunch, and dinner. I was a heavy coffee drinker then. However, the brand has become associated with arrogant ridiculousness and bad customer service.
Today, a worker informed me of a new rule: if I didn't order, I would be asked to leave. I found this ridiculous and expressed my feelings politely. The worker could only apologize, stating it was a new rule.
I'm relieved I didn't invest in their stock, as they seem to be losing customers and closing stores due to making the environment uncomfortable and offering low-quality products at high prices. I've switched to tea, but I won't pay five dollars for tea at Starbucks when a teabag costs less than $0. 50 and hot water is free.
The math doesn't add up, so I'm looking for another place to relax and work. The service and product are very bad.
