My experience at this restaurant was marked by slow service. The employees were talking to each other too much, which resulted in a delay in serving customers their orders. I waited for 10 minutes, and others who ordered before me were also waiting. To improve professionalism, less conversation among staff and more focus on getting customer orders out quickly would be beneficial.

I went to the Starbucks for a remake on my coffee because they gave me the wrong coffee at the window. After getting home, I discovered they didn't put any syrup in my coffee. They gave me a latte with no flavor. This Starbucks is ridiculous; they don't listen and they're rude.

Avery and her team were amazing. I needed a medicine tea, and it wasn't available on DoorDash or Uber Eats. They were so helpful in navigating me through the order, as I'm at work and have a sick person at home. Please give them recognition for their amazing customer service.

There were no apologies or quick resolutions, just excuses every time. This level of ineptitude is surprising, especially considering Starbucks' origins in the Pacific Northwest. I feel you are losing my business and likely many others. The situation was deplorable, especially with such a simple order being incorrect.

I went here to get a water for my 1. 5 year old and they refused service even though I said I would pay for the cup. Rachel, the employee, was extremely rude. It's 100 degrees plus in Vegas, and my child had already drunk his water. Super disappointed.
