Long Wait, Incorrect Drink, Late for Work
My experience at this restaurant was frustrating. I was waiting for my SMALL drink and it took them 40 minutes. This made me extra late going back to work. To make matters worse, after waiting that long, my drink wasn’t even made correctly!

Unsanitary and Poor Service at Hospital Cafe
My experience at this restaurant was quite disappointing, especially considering it's located within a hospital. Another customer accidentally took my drink. When she returned it, realizing it was the wrong one, the employee simply placed it back on the counter without making a new one. This is unbelievable, particularly in a healthcare setting.

Efficient Service, Top-Notch Drinks!
My experience at this restaurant has been consistently positive, even when they are incredibly busy. Despite the crowds and numerous mobile orders waiting for pickup, I've never had to wait more than a minute to place my order, and my drinks are ready within a few minutes. The operation runs like a well-oiled machine, and the drink quality is top-notch. Mika made my Caramel Macchiato the past two mornings, and it was fantastic!

Starbucks Coffee Quality Disappointing
My experience at Starbucks was quite disappointing. I asked the barista if they offered pour-over coffee, and they seemed confused, indicating they didn't. I settled for regular brewed coffee, but what I received was questionable. It appeared to be just water with some brown coloring at the bottom, made using a machine similar to a Keurig. While I didn't seek a refund, I was surprised that a well-known coffee retailer like Starbucks would serve coffee prepared this way, especially given their coffee's over-roasted and burnt taste. It felt like a simplification of the coffee-making process, and I believe they should put more effort into brewing a proper cup of coffee, especially when charging premium prices. It's a basic part of many people's mornings, and I expect better from Starbucks.

Amazing 3rd Shift Service!
My experience at this restaurant was amazing and wonderful, especially thanks to the staff working the 3rd shift. Tee and Malik, in particular, are outstanding. They remember me and consistently get my order perfect. The great customer service they provide makes me love stopping here before work. They truly deserve a raise.

Rude staff ruined the experience
My experience at the restaurant was marred by the rude behavior of the young lady on the night shift. She had purple or blue hair and was very unprofessional. She initially took the wrong order, and when it had to be re-made, she became upset and started slamming things. To make matters worse, she still didn’t get the order correct. Her actions were completely uncalled for, especially since I was the only customer waiting.

Incompetent Staff Ruined the Experience
My experience at this restaurant was incredibly frustrating due to the incompetent and lazy staff. They closed a register with no customers in line, which is baffling. Even their primary job, making "coffee, " seemed beyond their capabilities, let alone running a cash register. It's astonishing how dumb the situation was.

Rude Staff and Poor Management
My experience at this Starbucks was extremely negative. I've never encountered such rude behavior, especially considering that this kind of attitude was not tolerated when I worked for the company in 2008. The workers here have bad attitudes and make no effort to conceal it. I was almost snapped at for simply asking for a cup sleeve. To make matters worse, I witnessed the manager lecturing two customers who were patiently waiting for a long time to buy a gift card. I don't believe this store will ever improve. I also don't want to leave feedback on your website as it has proven to be ineffective. This is a fair warning to anyone who frequents this location in the H building at the Cleveland Clinic.

Miserable Staff, Messed Up Order
My experience at this restaurant was disappointing due to the staff's attitude and an error with my order. The people who work there looked miserable and were not very friendly. I went in for a coffee and specifically told the cashier twice that I wanted an "Iced" coffee, but they still managed to mess it up. To make matters worse, they weren't even a tad apologetic. It would be nice to see at least one person smiling, and they should really work on having a better, positive attitude!

Frustrating Coffee Scene for Visitors
As a visitor to Cleveland, I found it frustrating to locate coffee shops. It seems the only way to get coffee is if you are working at the Clinic or a student at the University, as all coffee shops are located inside official buildings.
