A good option for eating in the northern suburbs of Las Vegas. The prices are acceptable and the girl who served us was very friendly.

My experience was positive, especially regarding the food. I ordered The Bell Ringer (8-inch), and it was tasty and served piping hot, hitting the spot perfectly. The portion size was generous, and I found it to be the best value compared to other options. Given it's a food court setting, I'm overlooking the service and atmosphere.

I'm giving this restaurant a three-star rating due to a significant issue with my order and the subsequent service. I was initially told by the manager that my entire order, which included three large subs, two fries, and a drink, would be remade due to a mistake. They apologized, and I accepted their apology. However, upon returning to pick up the corrected order, the same staff member who initially took my order displayed a horrible attitude. When I asked for the order to be remade, she questioned why, stating only the subs were wrong, which suggests a lack of communication within the team. Despite this, she acknowledged remembering the situation. While I come here for the good food, the service is horrible. The only positive interaction was with Carlos, who showed kindness and understanding. I appreciate him. The rest of the staff needs to improve their demeanor.

My experience was pretty bad. I'm pretty sure they served up dog food with cheese on it and put it on a bun. I'd advise you to do yourself a favor and avoid every place serving food in this food court; it is trash. I ended up throwing 3/4 of the sandwich away. It was awful. Never again will I come here and eat this trash.

Honestly, it wasn't great. I was expecting better, but I understand that perhaps being in a shopping center means there's more focus on being fast to process customers.

Unfortunately, the sandwich was not what I expected. The staff was not very communicative, which left me feeling poorly advised. The burgers were ordinary, the fries were bland, and the price-performance ratio was not right. I will not be returning.

My experience at the restaurant was fantastic, largely due to the two very lovely young ladies who served me. They were very respectful and had big beautiful smiles, exuding a very welcoming and inviting energy. I believe one of them was named Marisa. The food was amazing! I wish employees at other fast-food places could offer the same warm welcome as these two amazing ladies. The mall overall was good, but it was too hot.
