Value (2.5 out of 10)

mentioned by 28% of the guests

When it comes to value, this spot seems to be a bit of a mixed bag, leaning heavily towards the ouch side. While a couple of folks found the food to be moderately priced and fresh, suggesting the price was reasonable, these positive sentiments are quite rare. With a score of just 2.5, its clear that most diners arent feeling the love for their wallets.

Indeed, the overall customer satisfaction for value sits at a very low 13.3%, indicating significant disappointment. Many customers felt it was a complete waste of money, with terms like not worth it and ridiculous cost popping up frequently. There are also concerns about no prices listed and being charged me $10 for complaints, which certainly doesn't help the perception of fair pricing.

Fantastic Family Business with Great Slices!
My experience at this family-owned business was fantastic. I stopped by for an after-dinner slice as a late-night snack to share and was pleasantly surprised by the welcoming family. My man Mo, best of luck to you! The great slices were so good that, as you can see from the photos, we devoured them before taking pictures!

Nostalgic Pizza Spot, Needs Atmosphere Boost
My experience at this restaurant was a mix of good food and a decline in atmosphere. The young lad who took my order and made my pizza did an excellent job. 🌟 Mannn I will tell you, back in 2015-2019 this used to be the spot, next to City Nights (hip-hop night club in 08-19), Oracle Park(At&T). It was great vibes, all the TVs were on with Raiders/Niners, Warriors, Giants/As games. Now the place is a shell of its former self; business is hard for all business owners in the city right now currently, but I have hope for them. I bought a pizza slice, and it was good NGL. However, I was worried because when business is slow, you could easily get a not-so-fresh slice. ⚠️‼️ I'm writing this review in hopes they get the atmosphere up to how it used to be.

Child Labor Concerns and Order Errors
My wife and I visited tonight to pick up our order. We were surprised to find a child who was 12 years old working behind the counter. We ordered three items but only received two. This is absolutely unacceptable, and we will be reporting this. Anyone else who sees this should also report it. Child labor laws are in place for a reason, and they were clearly not being followed. We have three children of our own, and this child was definitely not 16; he couldn't have been more than 12.

Terrible Service and Food Issues
My experience at this restaurant was extremely disappointing. Twice I've gone in there, paid money, and after sitting for 10 to 15 minutes, I was told they didn't have the food I ordered. On the most recent visit, they attempted to offer me French fries as a substitute for a sandwich, which was not a reasonable alternative. When I expressed this, the staff was rude and offered no apologies. To top it off, the employee claimed he was voiding the sale, but he did not, forcing me to dispute the charge with my bank. The establishment feels sketchy, and there are many better restaurants available in San Francisco.

Terrible Experience, Avoid This Place
My experience at this restaurant was extremely disappointing. The place seems to be on its last leg, and both the food and service reflect this dire situation. I strongly advise against believing the advertised 3. 8 stars; it's a complete fabrication. Specifically, I had a terrible experience ordering through the Pizza App for pickup. Upon arrival, the ovens were noticeably cold. The staff, consisting of family members (siblings, cousins, and mother), seemed overwhelmed and disorganized. The manager, who appeared to be the owner, looked disheveled and unkempt, yawning and stretching, giving the impression he needed a bath. After tasting the first slice, which was freezer-burnt, I requested a refund. To my shock, I was charged $10 for complaining and because I had eaten a slice, they claimed the pizza had to be discarded. The teenager at the counter was adamant, stating, 'We make our pizzas fresh' and 'Some people don't like it, but we don't like it when people say our pizza tastes bad. ' I urge you not to eat here.
