My experience at the restaurant was fantastic! We were a large group, and they were very accommodating. The food and service were amazing, offering hearty and fresh halal meals that everyone enjoyed.

As someone from northwestern China, I can confidently say this is the best noodle restaurant I’ve tried in the U. S. ! The noodles are excellent and comparable to what you’d find in Beijing—though, let’s be honest, the very best noodles are still in the northwestern China😉. Highly recommended for anyone craving truly authentic, top-tier noodles.

My experience at this restaurant was a pleasure, especially with the ramen. They were excellent and made to order, allowing for customization of shape, tenderness, and thickness. I opted for the medium size, which I suspect is the most popular. The waitress was extremely helpful and pleasant – thank you! While I'm not a ramen expert, I have tried several, and this place is tied with my favorite Zushi in St. Louis, which is very impressive. Watching the hand-made ramen being prepared right in front of us was very fun!

My experience at the restaurant was positive, especially considering they were open on Thanksgiving night. The noodles were absolutely delicious! Despite only having two staff members working, they were incredibly hardworking and managed to seat us quickly. I was also impressed by their ‘no tip’ option at checkout, which I found to be a refreshing and reasonable approach compared to some restaurants that automatically add high tip percentages. The staff member apologized for being short-staffed, but it was completely fine and understandable. I hope the business continues to thrive!

The food was also a highlight, featuring fresh, handmade noodles and a tasty broth. The beef was incredibly tender, and with the addition of chili oil, it was simply divine. I will definitely be returning when I'm in PB.

Craving some delicious hand-pulled noodles after a swim in the Pacific Ocean? Right across from the road to the beach (next to Ralph’s) is Silk Road. Opened in May 2025, this place is the go-to for some Chinese comfort food. My friend and I went to try this out and were happy we got to meet one of the owners, Phillip. He let us take a video of the hand pull noodles at the window and recommended his favorite dish, the Langzhou beef noodles. You get to choose the thickness of the noodles. The pricing is so worth it and the broth is an everything. Thanks to Phillip for taking care of us. We can’t wait to come back again.

I absolutely love this place! My experience here has been consistently great. The food is always fresh and flavorful. I particularly enjoy the rich broth, the perfectly chewy noodles, and the generous portions. The staff are also super friendly. It's definitely my go-to spot whenever I crave Lanzhou noodles!
