The noodles are excellent and comparable to what you’d find in Beijing—though, let’s be honest, the very best noodles are still in the northwestern China😉. Highly recommended for anyone craving truly authentic, top-tier noodles.

Excellent Handmade Ramen Experience
My experience at this restaurant was a pleasure, especially with the ramen. They were excellent and made to order, allowing for customization of shape, tenderness, and thickness. I opted for the medium size, which I suspect is the most popular.
The waitress was extremely helpful and pleasant – thank you! While I'm not a ramen expert, I have tried several, and this place is tied with my favorite Zushi in St. Louis, which is very impressive. Watching the hand-made ramen being prepared right in front of us was very fun!
