Cozy Cabin with Delicious Sichuan Flavors
My experience at this restaurant was defined by its cozy cabin vibes. I tried the hardly strictly Sichuan pickled fish, which was delicious and came in a huge portion. The Tan tan noodles were also a hit, offering a pleasant numbing sensation without being overly spicy. The cucumber salad was fine. Overall, the food was great, and the atmosphere was very pleasant.

Amazing Sichuan Food!
My experience at this restaurant was fantastic! I had amazing Sichuan food and highly recommend the beef tendon, ching chin style chicken, and honestly, anything else on the menu. The food was a perfect 5/5, and the atmosphere was equally impressive at 5/5. Service was also excellent, rated 5/5, with no wait time. I'd definitely go back for more!

Excellent Chong Qing Chili Chicken & Spicy Boiling Fish
My experience at the restaurant was fantastic! I had the Chong Qing Chili Chicken and Spicy Boiling Fish Fillets, and both were excellent. They were cooked super well and had the right amount of spice. The service was dine-in, and it was dinner. We experienced no wait time, and the price per person was between $20–30.

Favorite Sichuan Spot in SF!
My experience at this restaurant has been consistently excellent, making it my favorite Sichuan place in San Francisco. I stumbled upon it one day and have returned every time since! Our go-to dishes include the sichuan crispy chili chicken/fish/tofu, scallion pancake, and chili green bean. Everything we've tried has been well-made, and they truly master Sichuan spice. It's 100% worth a stop by!

Mixed Experience: Nice Staff, Salty Food
My experience at this restaurant was a mix of positive and negative. The staff were nice and the food came very quickly. The interior was nice and clean, contributing to a pleasant atmosphere. However, the food itself was problematic. It was excessively salty, making it difficult to eat a significant portion. While the overall flavor was decent, the Kung Pao chicken had an odd, weirdly sweet taste, as if Gochujang and sugar were used. This made it an unpleasant dish.

Standard Fare with Friendly Service
My experience at this restaurant was characterized by standard fare for the food. We ordered a variety of dishes family-style, including noodles, dumplings, and vegetables, and found everything to be consistent with expectations. The service was friendly, which was a positive aspect of the visit. The ambiance was described as a bit of a hole in the wall, though it felt like a slight improvement. In terms of portion to price, the portion sizes were comparable to other establishments, offering a standard value.

Stunning Ambience, Excellent Dan Dan Noodles
My experience at this restaurant was truly memorable. The Dan dan noodles were excellent, and the lamb was incredibly rich and delicious. The side of napa cabbage was briny and served as an excellent accompaniment to the meal. Beyond the food, the ambience was stunning, featuring a rock garden at the back, daylight streaming through a skylight, and beautiful Chinese lanterns. I'd give it a 6th star for the atmosphere alone. This is one of Richmond's hidden gems.

Spicy, Flavorful, and Worth Every Penny!
If you're looking for a place with a fiery kick, Sichuan Tasty is it! My experience was fantastic; every dish we ordered – the chili chicken, cumin lamb, mapo tofu, lo mein, and chicken fried rice – was incredibly flavorful and perfectly spiced. The food arrived quickly, and the staff was accommodating and friendly. We were pleasantly surprised by the generous portion sizes, which were definitely more than expected, and the prices were better than most other places in town. This is a must-visit for anyone who loves spicy, flavorful food!
