My experience at Shores Diner was excellent. The restaurant serves a variety of traditional American diner fare in a casual setting. I was impressed with the generous portions and the attentive service. It's an ideal location for breakfast, brunch, or lunch with family and friends.

My experience at the restaurant was fantastic, largely due to our server, Matt. He was truly the best server in the world! If Matt is there, it creates such a great vibe. The service was exceptional, and the overall atmosphere was wonderful.

My colleagues and I, who all work at UCSD, had the pleasure of dining at Shores Diner today for lunch. It was our first time there, and from the moment we walked in, we were greeted by Matt, the bar manager, who was incredibly welcoming and accommodating. He and the primary cook were not only friendly but also so fun to chat with. The restaurant is really cute, creating a perfect atmosphere for enjoying a meal. The food was delicious—fresh, flavorful, and made with care. We had such a great time, and we’ll definitely be back for another meal. I highly recommend it!

My experience was ordering takeout for spaghetti marinara and chili cheese fries. The portions were pretty big and filling. The guy with the beard serving us was friendly and provided good customer service. The only thing was that the chili for the chili cheese fries was quite sweet and tomato-ey tasting, which is a bit different from what I am used to from other restaurants. Overall, it was decent food with good portions compared to dining halls!

My experience at Shores Diner was fantastic! I enjoyed the great food, the great beer selection, and the great service. Matt and the ownership clearly know what they're doing. Matt’s energy and service have made me a regular, and I always enjoy walking into Shores Diner.

My experience at this restaurant was positive. The food was excellent, and the atmosphere was great, both receiving a perfect score. While the restaurant can get really busy, leading to potential delays, I believe it's important to have empathy for the restaurant staff. Allegations of racism are, in my opinion, going too far and show a lack of understanding for the pressures of the industry. Many customers can also be quite entitled. Overall, I found the experience to be very good.

My experience at the restaurant was fantastic! The staff was incredibly chill and definitely not racist. I was introduced to a new type of soju, which was a great discovery. They also kindly poured wine for me. The service, atmosphere, and food all received a perfect 5/5.

My experience at this restaurant was the worst. Our server, a blonde white dude with a beard, was incredibly rude and racist. He didn't greet us at all, nor did he speak to us, which he also did to other tables. We waited a longgggg time for our menu and to place our orders. When we finally asked for the check, he just left the device at our table and walked away. It was a truly awful experience.

While the veggie sandwich was a bit small, it was well-filled. The breakfast burrito was large and very filling. The fries were seasoned well.
