Mobile Order Not Recommended
My experience at the restaurant was not ideal due to the mobile ordering system. I would advise against using mobile order as it will take forever. It's better to line up if you are hungry, as you might have to wait 30 minutes. To make matters worse, I did not receive any notification that my food was ready. Therefore, after ordering via mobile, you should go to the pick-up counter right away.

Long Wait, Slow Service
My experience at this cafe was disappointing due to the long wait times. With a long line and only one cashier, the queue moved very slowly. I waited for more than 30 minutes, and the line barely progressed. I would avoid this place if you want to maximize your time for other activities.

Cold Food and Wrong Orders

Overpriced and Poor Service Experience
My experience at this restaurant was overwhelmingly negative due to the high prices for the quality and portion size of food. Much of the food is pre-made, yet the service was extremely slow and my food arrived cold. While I can overlook minor issues, poor service is a dealbreaker for me. We spent $90 separately for three people, each getting a food item and a drink. My $7 fountain pop, which could only be refilled once via a QR code, came out clear. When I tried to inform an employee, it felt like pulling teeth. They seemed to think I was trying to take advantage, despite showing them the cup of clear liquid minutes after purchase. I was ignored and told to ask someone else three times. After nearly 10 minutes of trying, the first woman at the counter finally rolled her eyes and gave me a cup without a QR code, rendering it useless. I understand being short-staffed, but for the overpriced nature of everything in the park, I expect to get my money's worth. If it weren't for the poor attitude and lack of help, I wouldn't have written this review.

Decent Food, Long Wait
My experience at this restaurant was mixed. I tried the healthier option after eating junk food all day, and the salmon was pretty good. The cupcake was very simple but nice and moist. Disappointing Return to a Former Favorite
My experience at this restaurant was disappointing. I didn't eat the veggies, and the rice was undercooked, while the salmon was overcooked. This place used to be great before it transitioned to a pickup-only model. I fondly remember the fun of going through the line and enjoying fresh, delicious food. I wish they would bring that back. The restaurant was empty, and I now realize it's like that for a reason.

Extremely slow service, avoid if possible

Avoid This Restaurant - Terrible Food and Value
My family of 4 had a terrible experience at this restaurant. The total cost was $130, and unfortunately, all the food went straight to the trash. It was described as gross, old, and dry. We were concerned about how many times the food might have been reheated. To add to the disappointment, the soda was flat and served without ice. I hope this review helps others save their hard-earned money. I strongly advise to avoid at all cost.

Mobile Ordering Doesn't Save Time
My experience at the restaurant was frustrating due to the mobile ordering system. I thought I could avoid the wait in line by ordering ahead, but it didn't work as promised. They said they would text me when my order was ready, but they didn't. I still had to wait in line with everyone else who had placed mobile orders and then tell them my order again. The total wait time has been over an hour, and I'm still in line.
