My experience with this restaurant was frustrating due to their online ordering system. I had to actively inquire about my order, which was placed 25 minutes prior, to ensure it would be made. This indicates a significant issue with their online order fulfillment and customer service responsiveness.

My experience at this tea drink place has been consistently good. I appreciate that they accurately prepare orders with less sweetness and ice as requested. They offer a wide range of flavor options, from classic to more adventurous choices. A standout feature for me is the availability of lychee chunks as an add-in, which I personally prefer over boba. It's worth noting that the drinks are only available in one large size, which is ideal for sharing as it can be quite a lot for a single person.

I was so disappointed that they removed all of their "simple" options, like classic milk tea WITHOUT boba. This place went from being my favorite shop to having nothing I want to order.

My experience at this boba tea spot in the Metreon building was half decent. It's a fine place to grab a drink before or after a movie, but certainly nothing to write home about. The ½ sweetness was the right amount of sweetness.
