My experience at this burger joint in SF was fantastic! I'll definitely make this my go-to stop when my wife wants burgers when we're in the city. The food was great, and the overall experience was highly positive.

My experience at the restaurant was a mixed bag. The burger was undeniably very, very good, and considering the rather high price, it thankfully lived up to expectations. The fries were classic and quickly forgettable. My daughter's hot dog was just average, with the meat being too tough. There was also a small oversight with a missing portion of fries, but nothing serious. For a first try, it was good, but not top-notch!

My focus was on the food, and this is my favorite among all fast-food restaurants. It's a close race with In-N-Out, but the fries here are better. It's a shame you can only order via kiosk. The ambiance is also nicer than at other places in this price category. We were very satisfied.
