Value (3.5 out of 10)

mentioned by 26% of the guests

A few patrons did find some bright spots regarding value, mentioning that portions could be huge for the price and that it was still cheaper than the surrounding outside seating restaurants. Some even felt the price was reasonable even without a discount. These positive remarks, though few, highlight that price can occasionally be a pleasant surprise.

However, the overall sentiment for value is quite poor, reflected in a score of just 3.5 and customer satisfaction at a low 15.8%. Out of 19 comments, a significant 14 expressed frustration, frequently mentioning pricey items, expensive pizza, and credit card charges. Many felt things were super expensive, with extra for ranch and upsell on overpriced ranch being particular pain points.

Mixed Feelings on Pizza Place
My experience at this pizza place was quite contradictory. While I found the selection to be great, and the cheese pizza was amazing, I also felt that some other types of pizza hit rock bottom. THANK YOU!

Terrible Experience, Never Again
My experience at this restaurant was extremely disappointing. I called ahead to ensure the pizza had sauce, but upon pickup, I received cold fries, the wrong salad, and a pizza with no sauce. To make matters worse, the staff struggled to operate the register when I picked up my order. I will not be returning, and they will be losing out on a huge catering order I had planned for parties.

Disappointing Cold Pizza and Unanswered Calls
I wanted to treat my retail team to some pizza for working so hard. I’ve had SF hole in the wall before at their Irving location so thought this would be a good spot. Ordered $80 worth of pizza slices to get delivered down the street. All the slices were cold. They didn’t even heat them up at all. We’re a 2 minute drive away so they didn’t get cold on the way. Tried calling to see what happened and they won’t even answer the phone. Disappointing to say the least.
