Excellent Breakfast Buffet with Delicious Quiche
My experience at the Seaview Restaurant, located on the first floor of the Grand Hyatt, was for breakfast during a two-night stay. The restaurant offered a large buffet spread with a wide variety of hot and cold items, including eggs, tasty bacon, sausage, waffles, cheeses, and fruits. A particular highlight was the omelette station, which also served delicious quiches – the best I've ever had. The avocado toast, prepared by the omelette chef, was also very tasty. The service provided by the waiters and all staff was very attentive and friendly. The atmosphere was rated a 5, and the food a 5.

Disappointing Breakfast Buffet
Considering I spent $40 for the breakfast buffet, I was disappointed. The tastiest items were the pastries, which I'm sure were brought in. The dining room itself is nice, and the service was slow but not terrible. However, I cannot recommend the breakfast buffet to humans with taste buds.

Best Breakfast Buffet Ever!
My experience at this restaurant was exceptional, particularly for breakfast. Although the bill was presented upfront and the initial price seemed high, by the end of the meal, I realized it was worth every penny. It was truly the best breakfast buffet I have ever had.

Exceptional Breakfast Buffet Experience
My experience at the restaurant was for their breakfast buffet. Serawit provided an exceptional welcome, making us feel like VIPs. Leslie then took over, offering excellent service by providing a high chair, orange juice, and coffees, along with apple juice for my son. The highlight was the omelettes made by Jenna; my egg white omelette with tomatoes, green onions, mushrooms, and spinach and feta cheese was the absolute best omelette I’ve ever had. The buffet also offered a great selection of cereals, pancakes, potatoes, sausage, bacon, toast, and fruit. Despite the cost of $43 per person plus tax, the outstanding service from Serawit, Leslie, and Jenna made it worth every penny. I was impressed and will definitely recommend this place to anyone.

Beautiful Venue, Great Food, Lukewarm Water
My experience at this restaurant was enjoyable. It’s such a beautiful venue, and it’s both clean and welcoming. The food was great! However, I wish the teapot contained hot water, as the hot water for tea was lukewarm.

Overpriced and Tasteless Buffet Experience
My experience at this restaurant was overwhelmingly negative. I found it to be wayyy overpriced, with a bill of almost $50 for just eggs, muffins, fruit, and bread. The food had no taste and a significant lack of salt. Additionally, they include a 6% surcharge on the check, which I found to be unfair. I believe businesses should pay fair wages instead of passing the cost onto customers. I strongly advise against visiting this buffet; AVOID ALL COST.

Exceptional Breakfast Buffet at Seaview
My experience at the Seaview restaurant in the Manchester Hyatt, San Diego, was a delightful surprise, as I rarely enjoy breakfast buffets. The food was truly exceptional, with highlights like the fresh fruit, omelet bar, bagels, and really delicious coffee. The service was even better, exceeding my expectations. Considering the quality, it was worth every penny, and I would highly recommend the Seaview.

Basic Brunch, Service Shines
My experience at this restaurant was quite basic. The venue felt like a converted conference space with little ambiance and no view. The food was bland and the menu seemed geared towards younger palates with limited choices. It certainly wasn't the high-end experience expected from the Manchester Grand. Considering the numerous other brunch options in the area, it wasn't worth the price. The only positive aspect was our server, Leslie, who ensured we received our bottomless mimosas.

Exceptional Service and Delicious Breakfast!
We did not expect this level of service walking into the restaurant for breakfast. We stayed at the hotel for seven nights, and on day one, we were honored to have Serawit as our server. He is exceptional at what he does. It’s been weeks since our trip, and our kids still talk about our morning chats with Serawit. He always made sure we had everything we needed and went above and beyond. I guess if you look for the same server every morning to be seated in his section, that tells you how special he is. Oh, and the food was excellent as well.

Exceptional Breakfast Experience at Seaside View
My experience at the Seaside View restaurant was a highlight of our trip to San Diego. We stayed at the Hyatt Manchester and enjoyed breakfast here. The restaurant offers a great selection of breakfast items, including pastries, fruits, and made-to-order omelets. There was a mountain of bacon and sausages, which was fantastic. I especially loved their great coffee, and my husband enjoyed his tall glass of OJ. The staff is so attentive and shows a lot of care and pride in their service. We were particularly impressed with Serawit, one of the wait staff, who took great care of us.
