Best Breakfast in San Francisco!
My experience at this restaurant was fantastic! I had the best breakfast in San Francisco ❤️. The chicken was incredibly soft, and the french toast just melted in my mouth.
I also tried the burger, which was super big. The service and atmosphere were also top-notch, both receiving a perfect score.

Delicious Entrees and Great Service
My experience at Seal Rock Restaurant was fantastic! Every entrée that came out was delicious. I will recommend everyone to eat there for breakfast and lunch.
The customer service was great, and the food was truly delicious. They have a large vegetarian selection and I highly recommend it for vegetarians. The atmosphere was pleasant, rated 5/5, and the service was also rated 5/5.
The food itself received a perfect 5/5. It was a quiet atmosphere, making it easy to talk.

Kitschy Charm, Outstanding Food!
My experience at this restaurant was surprisingly delightful. While the place is undeniably kitschy and weird, the food was outstanding and generously priced. I particularly enjoyed the Coq au Vin, Duck Cassoulet, and the homemade bread.
Although they are apparently more known for their brunch, I brought family friends here for dinner after a Hardly Strictly Bluegrass set, and it was a total hit. The atmosphere and service were both rated a 4, indicating a pleasant overall dining experience.

Great Food, Terrible Service
My experience at this restaurant was a mixed bag. The food was very good and the prices were reasonable. You can't beat the view.
However, the service was terrible. The waiter was very rude, and I suspect he's used to tourists and figures he'll never see them again. As a local, this was very disappointing.

Great Food, Service, and Value!
My experience at this restaurant was surprisingly positive, especially considering the prices for the quality and amount of food served. I appreciated that they didn't add any of the extra surcharges common elsewhere. I stayed at the attached hotel and dined here for both dinner and breakfast, enjoying both occasions.
The service was good – prompt and friendly, with water glasses always refilled. The chef even made an appearance to personally check on our meal. I would definitely come back again!

Disappointing Menu and Freshness Issues
I was happy to see that the restaurant had reopened, but unfortunately, the menu was disappointing. The food didn’t taste fresh — the avocado in particular was not good, and the gluten-free bread (which cost an extra $2) was not fresh either. On top of that, they charged even more to substitute fruit salad instead of regular salad or fries.
I had higher expectations for a fresher, more appealing menu. Overall, I was not impressed.

Horrible Service, No Sympathy
My experience was dominated by horrible service, despite only ordering a sparkling water. My friend was in desperate pain needing to use the bathroom. I offered to pay for any drink just to get the bathroom code.
The staff member listed drink options, and I interrupted, explaining my friend's pain and willingness to purchase anything. Despite my unlocked Apple Pay and repeated requests, the code was only given AFTER WE PAID. The transaction was unnecessarily prolonged, showing an insane lack of sympathy and an eye for money.
While I understand restaurant policy, as soon as we were willing to purchase anything, we were customers entitled to basic service, including bathroom access. Shame on the workers who prioritized a petty amount of money over my best friend's struggle.

I loved the option to enjoy the food in the cozy setting or outside at Sutro Park.

Delicious Food, Beautiful Decor, Worth the Price
My experience at this restaurant was largely positive. Although the price was a bit steep for the portions, the incredibly delicious food, great location, and beautiful decor made it very worth it. The dishes were presented beautifully and tasted great, with a wide variety to choose from.
The service staff seemed a bit understaffed, but our food came out fairly quickly, and the staff were kind and helpful.

Great View, Good Food, Reasonable Price
I don't understand the 4. 1 rating. It's one of the few, if not the only place with a view of the sea in the area.
The food came fast and tasted pretty good. It wasn't that expensive, especially considering I come from NYC, where prices are the highest. I spent $20.
64 for a BLT sandwich and a Diet Coke.
