Terrible Experience: Rude Owner, Tasteless Food
My experience at this restaurant was very bad. The owner was rude, and the food was tasteless. It was a complete waste of my time.

Nostalgic and Delicious Hat'ma Qu'ran Dinner
This experience reminded me of the Hat'ma Qu'ran dinners I attended as a child. I could eat the Palaw for days! The restaurant was clean, the service was fast, and the food was not overly seasoned. The meat was cooked perfectly, and the Karahi spices were excellent. Overall, a fantastic meal.

Delicious Afghani and Persian Find!
What a great find courtesy of our Uber driver! We were visiting from out of state and had a variety of delicious Afghani and Persian fare to share. Nothing disappointed. Thank you!

Loyal to this Afghan Gem!
I’m completely loyal to this Afghan restaurant. I crave their Ash soup regularly and often come just for the Ash. Other menu highlights for me are the Qabuli Pilau and the Lamb Koobideh ☺️ Their Mantu is also good but not the best I’ve ever had. Complimentary green/black tea is also provided. The owner & servers are always gracious and kind, really lovely people!

Authentic Afghani Food Experience
My experience at this restaurant was very positive. The food was very tasty, authentic, and felt truly home-cooked. Everything served was very fresh. The owner provided excellent care, making us feel very looked after. We were also treated to complimentary tea and bread. While the meat could have been a little juicier and cooked longer, the overall culinary experience was highly satisfying. I highly recommend this place for anyone seeking authentic Afghani food in the Bay Area.

Disappointing Food and Price
My experience at the restaurant was not great. The Kobedah had too much fat, and my wife did not like it at all. Considering the quality, it was also quite pricy.

Small Kebab Portion, Acceptable Taste
My experience at the restaurant was mixed. The taste and quality of the food were acceptable, but I was quite surprised by the size of the tikka kebab, which was really small. I've never seen such a small portion before. The atmosphere was rated a 5, and the service a 4, indicating a generally pleasant environment and good service. However, the food itself received a score of 3, likely due to the portion size issue. Parking was unavailable and difficult to find.

Terrible Food and Service
My experience at this restaurant was terrible. The food was not tasty, and it was definitely not Persian food. It was also very expensive, and the portion sizes were not good. I ordered the chicken kebab, which was terrible. The service was also terrible because there was only one person working. To make matters worse, the glass of water I was given was not clean at all.
