Top-notch Food, Service, and Atmosphere
My experience at this restaurant was truly exceptional. The food, service, and atmosphere were all top notch. It's not a cheap option, but the quality justifies the price. This is a place where you could celebrate a significant milestone, like a proposal or a 50th anniversary, and be completely satisfied.

Trendy Spot with Room for Improvement
My experience at this restaurant has been one of improvement, though it's not consistently great. The nigiri is very trendy, and the fish is fine for the price, but the handling felt a bit meh. While I don't believe only Japanese people can make sushi, I feel the staff needs more training and to be more engaged. I didn't enjoy the shari here; it tasted weird. Interestingly, I had a similar criticism for Sushi Hon, but not for Hakko, which I believe this group also owns (when Alex was there, at least – I haven't visited since he left).

Excellent Food and In-House Brewed Beer
My experience at this restaurant was fantastic! The food was excellent, with great presentation. The chef is very professional, and the fish was incredibly fresh and flavorful. I also enjoyed their in-house brewed beer, which tasted very good. The atmosphere was rated a 5, and the service also received a 5. While a reservation is required and the price per person is $100+, the wait time was over an hour.
