My experience at this restaurant was overwhelmingly positive. I can’t say enough good things about this place; it was so, so, so good. The menu is beautifully focused, featuring stellar items. The seating was no-fuss, contributing to a relaxed atmosphere. What truly impressed me was their no tipping policy, as they pay workers a great full wage and provide health insurance. This is a class act and a significant positive aspect of the dining experience.

My experience at this restaurant was extremely negative. We were refused seating because we had a child with us. Instead, we were told to order takeout. After ordering, we had to wait an hour for our takeout order because seated customers were prioritized. We eventually cancelled our order and then had to wait even longer for a refund. I would strongly advise others to avoid this establishment.

My experience at this restaurant was fantastic. The staff were incredibly nice and accommodating, allowing me to choose my own seat. The food quality was outstanding, a perfect 10/10. I'm definitely planning on returning. The counter area was also very pleasant.

I used to like this place, but I will never return. Even when the restaurant is empty, they have really weird seating policies. They tell us we can’t sit somewhere, and then a couple of minutes later, they seat someone else there. They also won’t seat your party until everyone is present, even when the restaurant is empty and you assure them you will order everything. The quality has also diminished; the rolls are now sloppy.

My experience at Saru Handroll was marred by extremely rude service from the lady at the front of house. When we came in for a quick bite of sushi, she was actively cleaning right next to us and even took away our soy sauce and chopsticks in the middle of our meal. I don't expect to pay more than $50 per person for such rude service. Management needs to train up your front of house staff.

I visited the restaurant on a Saturday at 12: 30 PM, shortly after it opened for lunch. To my surprise, there was absolutely nobody else there. The host asked me to wait near the entrance for my lunch date, which I found a bit odd since I could have taken a seat at the counter, as there were only counter seats available. The same employee who managed the seating also made the sushi rolls behind the bar. Her demeanor was somewhat surly and unpleasant throughout our visit, making for an "interesting" lunch! 😆😬 Overall, the food was not nearly as good as other hand roll places, and it was ridiculously expensive. We spent $125 for lunch for two, without drinks and set lunch orders.

My experience at this restaurant was really no good. The working employees provided no good response and exhibited rudely behavior. I noticed them working at the front table wearing black t-shirts and black caps.

My experience at this restaurant was disappointing due to the overpriced nature of the dishes relative to their portion sizes and quality. I found the handrolls to be the smallest I've ever encountered. The seaweed wrapping was so excessive that it overpowered the taste of the fish, a consequence of insufficient rice and fish. For $45, receiving only three small handrolls felt like a poor value. I would advise others to skip this place.
