Good Food, Nice Service, Pricey
My experience at this restaurant was marked by super nice servers and good food. While the food was enjoyable, I found it to be a bit more expensive than I anticipated, though this is a common sentiment these days. The restaurant happily accommodates walk-ins. A minor point of feedback is the availability of hot sauce; I wish they had Tabasco in addition to Cholula.

Elegant Food, Slow Service
My experience at this restaurant was a mix of delightful flavors and frustrating waits. The food was truly elegant and light, earning a perfect score. However, the service was significantly impacted by being understaffed. This resulted in a significant wait time to place our order and for the food to arrive.

Delicious Brunch with Exceptional Service
I had a nice time eating brunch at Rosemary & Pine. The menu is small, which I appreciate as it simplifies decision-making and allows for better quality control. I ordered the breakfast sando with avocado and a cinnamon swirl pastry. The cinnamon swirl pastry arrived first, served with butter and jam. It was yummy! I didn't need the butter as it was a croissant, but the jam complemented the cinnamon nicely, adding a fruity flavor. I saved some of it for dessert after my main course. The breakfast sando was impressively tall; I needed a knife to cut it in half, and perhaps deconstructing it into smaller bites would have been easier, but I just went for it. It was messy to eat but delicious, especially with hot sauce. The egg was super fluffy, and the house-made English muffin had nicely crisp edges. The sandwich was pricey at $16, with an additional $3 for avocado. While the quality of ingredients was high, I'm not sure I'd travel to the Design District just for this sandwich unless it came with a side. However, their Korean-inspired fried chicken sandwich looks appealing, so I'd like to return to try that. The service was exceptional! The waitstaff frequently checked on us and refilled our waters. The interior is nicely decorated with abundant natural lighting, and they also offer outdoor seating. They are currently open for brunch only, closing at 2 pm daily. I'm interested in returning to try their lunch options.

Phenomenal Brunch and Service!
My experience at this restaurant was truly great, especially for brunch. The caramelized brioche toast was a standout for me, perfectly balancing sweetness with a delightful crunchy sugar crust. Other dishes like the eggs benedict, fries r&p style, and grilled cheese were all really tasty. The service was also phenomenal; the food arrived in a timely manner, and the waiters were exceptional. It's rare to encounter such outstanding service.

Exquisite Comfort Food in a Stylish Setting
My experience at R & P was fantastic! They serve exquisitely prepared comfort food in a casual but stylish environment. While the menu is somewhat limited, the quality of the dishes more than makes up for it. I particularly enjoyed the French toast, which was both beautiful and delicious, as was the spinach and radicchio salad. Even the avocado toast looked amazing.

Transitioned Spot with Service Issues
This place has transitioned from a fancy sit-down restaurant to more of a fast-casual spot. We ordered a grilled cheese sandwich, a fried chicken sandwich, a burger, and a side of thick-cut bacon. Before discussing the food, I'd like to mention our waiter/cashier. He had such nervous energy that he was not a pleasant person to interact with. He seemed like he did a line before speaking with us, was overly "in your face, " made multiple errors on the bill, and when we corrected him, he responded with, "shush, I’m trying to do something here. Don’t talk. " - his exact words. My coworkers, who have also been to this restaurant, had similar experiences, describing him as "a bit too much. " On the other hand, the other waiter with long hair was very nice. Now for the food: Overall, it was mediocre at best. The chicken lacked seasoning, the grilled cheese was decent but overloaded with about a quarter-pound of cheese, which you might enjoy if you're a cheese lover, and the burger was just okay. The bacon wasn't what we would call "thick cut. " I will not be returning.

Amazing Burger, Brunch Spot
My experience at this restaurant was positive, especially considering it's a new brunch/lunch only spot that has downsized and moved locations. The french toast was good, particularly after the syrup soaked in, though it leaned more towards burnt than caramelized. The burger was absolutely AMAZING, flavorful, and delicious – a must-try! The eggs benedict was good but unremarkable. I also enjoyed the waffle fries, which were delicious. The server was very friendly, and the food came out quickly. We visited on their first Saturday at the new location, so there was no wait, but it's a small space, so I recommend making a reservation once it becomes more popular.

Cute venue, good vibes, average food
My experience at this restaurant was centered around its cute venue and beautiful patio, which would be perfect for warm, sunny days. The food and drinks were good, but I felt they were nothing special for the price point. Ultimately, I'd return for the vibes.
