Friendly Staff and Fun Atmosphere!
My experience at the restaurant was fantastic! The staff were incredibly friendly, with the waitress even running after me when I forgot my takeaway. The atmosphere was super funky, especially the rocket train – I loved it!

Fun Spot with Decent Food
My experience at Rocket Sushi was that it's a fun spot with a lively vibe. The food itself wasn’t particularly impressive, but it was decent enough for a casual family night out.

Food Okay, Service and Ambiance Lacking
My experience at this restaurant was mixed. The food was fine, and it did come fairly quickly, as did the drinks. However, the service and ambiance were poor.
The staff were not very friendly and seemed to rush us out as it approached 9 pm on a Friday. The ambiance felt very commercial, with bright lights and to-go packing stations lining the wall, which had messy items all over the counter. The noise level was quiet, making it easy to talk, but the overall atmosphere was not pleasant.

Great Food, Unique Service Experience
My experience at this restaurant was marked by top-notch food and a unique, tech-driven service model. From the moment I entered, I felt very welcome. The ordering process is done via a table computer, and the food arrives on a rocket conveyor belt, which is quite entertaining.
While the food quality is excellent, the staff's involvement is minimal due to the restaurant's design. This makes the request for a 16-20% tip feel ridiculous, as I'm essentially doing most of the work myself. Despite the tipping concern, I will return for the great food, though I don't feel the high tipping level is warranted here.

Great Sushi, Service Needs Improvement
My experience at this restaurant was primarily focused on their sushi, which I find to be great and at a great price. Living next door, I often place to-go orders for pickup. The main challenge is getting acknowledgement at the counter, as it can be difficult to get staff attention due to the throngs of very rude delivery drivers pushing their way through.
This often forces the staff to be rude back, which I understand. However, I've experienced the staff mistaking me for a delivery driver and being rude, only to become much more polite once they see my phone and realize I'm the customer. It can be a bit awkward for everyone involved.
Despite these service issues, the great sushi at a great price keeps us returning.

Great Food, Functional Atmosphere
My experience at this restaurant was marked by truly great food. While the ambience was functional, with bright lighting and a table set up for delivery orders, the culinary aspect was outstanding. The food was the undeniable highlight of my visit.

Amazing Sushi, Fun Experience!
My dining experience on a Thursday evening was fantastic. We were seated immediately and were instantly impressed by the cool tablet ordering system and the unique "rocket sleds" that deliver the food. Beyond the ingenious and fun aspects, the food was the true star.
I've enjoyed sushi globally, including in Japan, and I can confidently say I've never had nigiri with such generous portions of totally fresh fish. While the prices are relatively high (around $14 for two pieces), the substantial amount of fish makes it a fair price. We also enjoyed some rolls and miso soup, all of which were top-notch.
If you're seeking a fun atmosphere with truly amazing sushi, this is the place. Highly recommended!

Disgusting food, violently ill
My experience at this restaurant was absolutely disgusting. The food was greasy, flavorless, and clearly not fresh. Every dish tasted like it had been cooked in rancid oil and left out for hours.
I had a bad feeling halfway through the meal, and by that night, I was violently ill. I spent the entire night vomiting nonstop, experiencing agony, pain, sweating, and shaking. This place didn’t just ruin my evening; it wrecked my entire week.
I strongly advise staying as far away from this restaurant as possible; it’s a health hazard.

Terrible Service Experience
As a delivery person, I had an order from this hotel. When I showed the order to the employee, he told me to wait for 10 minutes. I went outside and waited.
When I came back after 10 minutes, he scolded me and mistreated me, asking why I was late. He even gave me a one-star rating. This is really bad for me.

Favorite Sushi Spot: Quality & Value
This is my personal favorite sushi spot. I found a great balance of quality and pricing. They are generous with the sashimi, and the salmon skin rolls are my favorite.
The atmosphere was rated a 5, service a 5, and food a 5. Parking was somewhat difficult to find, but there was no wait. The noise level was quiet, making it easy to talk.
