Exceptional Sushi Craftsmanship and Service
My experience at this sushi spot was truly exceptional. From the moment I walked in, I could feel the seriousness with which they approach their craft. The rice was seasoned just right, and the fish melted in my mouth instead of chewing. Every bite felt balanced rather than showy. What stood out most was the attention to detail – the temperature of the rice, the precision of the cuts, and the pacing of the meal. The nigiri lineup was clean and deliberate, offering pure flavor without overcomplication. The tuna had that perfect, buttery texture, confirming that freshness is standard practice here, not just a marketing claim. Even the simple tamago and miso soup felt elevated. The service was quietly attentive, always there when needed without hovering. The vibe was calm yet confident. If you're looking for a place that honors sushi for its craftsmanship, simplicity, and balance, this place is absolutely worth the visit.

Delicious Food, Great Value in Chinatown
We were very well received and honestly, we ate very well. The price was very correct for San Francisco. From the outside, the restaurant doesn't look very inviting and the decor isn't exceptional, but the food is truly excellent. The tea served upon arrival is a real delight. Plus, we found it nice to stroll through Chinatown in the evening. I have food allergies, and despite the language barrier, the server was very attentive to what I could or could not eat.
