My experience at this restaurant was a mixed bag. While the food received a perfect score of 5, the service was a significant letdown, rated only 1. Despite specifically requesting salsa multiple times, including written messages, it was consistently forgotten with my breakfast burrito. This repeated oversight is incredibly frustrating, especially when the food itself is so good. The price per person is between $10–20.

I came here before 2 AM and found that the restaurant was closed. I wouldn’t recommend coming here if you’re just getting off of work. Just Beware!

My experience at this Roberto's was disappointing. I ordered a breakfast burrito that was overcooked and dry, making it unpleasant to eat. Unfortunately, I didn't return it as it's my usual order, along with a soda. The staff seemed hostile, making slanderous remarks about my origin and employment, despite my lack of accent and college education. It's baffling why they would treat a regular customer, who spends over $200 a month there, with such hate. I question the quality of the overcooked burrito and the overall negative atmosphere.

My experience at Roberto's was fantastic! The burritos are always amazing, and their tacos are equally great. What makes Roberto's stand out is that it's open 24 hours, offering a much better choice than McDonald's, which I consider pure garbage. I would much rather enjoy a Roberto's burrito or an enchilada at four in the morning because it's conveniently open and ready to go.

My experience at the restaurant was disappointing. The rice tasted like it was old, and the food itself was problematic. The chicken in the wrap, taco, tostadas, or tostitos was not cooked all the way. Furthermore, the meat was rough and dry.

I ordered the Number 3 this evening, and unfortunately, the enchiladas were not good. They had little cheese, almost no enchilada sauce, and were loaded with carrots, which was pretty crazy. The only part that was identifiable was the tortilla, and it was old and hard. The refried beans were good, but the fried rice was also old. All in all, it was a poor showing for Roberto's. We visit Roberto's fairly often, but we'll not go to this location again. We'll go to the location at Rainbow and Valley View next time, hopefully, the quality of the meal will be better.

My experience at this restaurant was very negative. I went inside to order food, but the cook became angry because I wanted a burrito. This led me to walk out. The staff's behavior was highly unprofessional. If you don't want to do your job, you should find something that makes you happy instead of complaining when a customer orders.

I bought a carne asada with potatoes and they were very well served and delicious. Thank you very much! 😊

My experience at the restaurant was mixed. Sometimes the meat tasted good, but other times it just didn't. This visit, I got it stuck in my teeth, which made me think they might be using cheaper meat. This is a definite no-go for me.
