Roman Pizza Perfection!
My experience at Rione was fantastic! The Roman pizza served at the bar was excellent, and enjoying it with a glass of Cabernet made for an unforgettable meal. The overall vibe of the restaurant is great, contributing to a highly enjoyable dining experience.

Expensive but Delicious Capitol Hill Gem
My experience at this restaurant was a tale of two halves. The food was truly delicious, with a menu that's straightforward and fairly simple. The service was excellent, earning a perfect score. However, the experience comes with a significant caveat: it's quite expensive, with prices upwards of $100 per person. Additionally, parking is a total nightmare, though this is somewhat expected when dining on Capitol Hill. Despite the cost and parking challenges, I highly recommend it if your budget allows for it!

Interesting Salad, Great Tiramisu, Awkward Service
My experience at the restaurant featured some culinary highlights, including a light and not overly salty Carbonara and a great Tiramisu. The salad with chips on top was also an interesting addition. However, the service was marred by an instance where one server consistently brought us food meant for someone else, which was kinda awkward. A 20% service charge was applied.

Rude Staff Ruined Our Anniversary Dinner
We celebrated our anniversary at this restaurant with high hopes, but unfortunately, the staff were extremely rude and unprofessional. They consistently ignored us, which truly ruined our evening. We were shocked to witness their unprofessional interaction with a young female Uber driver who was made to wait outside in the heavy rain. Even the manager, Lily, was as rude as her staff. Every customer deserves respect, and I hope they learn how to properly run a business. We ended up leaving our meal halfway through and will never return. I wish I could give 0 stars.

Abysmal Food and Service, Beautiful Space
My experience at this restaurant was overwhelmingly negative, despite the beautiful space. I found the bread to be overpriced at $11 for five slices and tasted stale, like it was a day old. The pasta, priced at $30, was completely lacking in flavor and was so al dente that it was almost crunchy. To add to the disappointment, the server failed to inform us about an automatic 20% service charge, which led to an effective tip of 45% for the awful food. Overall, the experience was abysmal in every way, with the only redeeming quality being the restaurant's beautiful space.

Fantastic Pasta and Service!
My experience at this restaurant was truly wonderful! The pasta was really great, and the service was the nicest I think I have ever had. The staff were very considerate and attentive to our party, including our small child. I will definitely come back, especially for the bucatini vegetarian style with mushrooms, which was a great suggestion. One note: it can be quite loud inside when it is busy, but you can still talk.

Mediocre Food, Great Staff, Loud Environment
My experience at this restaurant was mixed. While the staff were super friendly and were probably the best thing about the place, the food itself was just all right. I found that it was pretty carb heavy and the menu didn’t really present many options for protein other than the two expensive choices. The Montepulciano wine was mediocre. The environment was overly loud, making it hard to hear. It definitely did not feel like one small plate and two drinks was worth $68.

Great Food, Vibe, and Value!
My experience at this restaurant was fantastic! I absolutely loved the food and the vibe. They offer many vegetarian options, and even standard dishes were presented in a unique way. The restaurant week portions were really generous for the price, offering great value. Additionally, the service was really friendly. I would definitely come back.

Great Wine, Snacks, and Service at the Bar
We came here for wine and snacks after work on a Friday. It was easy to sit at the bar, where the bartender provided great service and offered excellent suggestions for food and drink. We enjoyed the pasta, which really hit the spot. I've also heard the pizza is great too!
