I visited this restaurant twice during my last trip to Seattle. The food, drinks, and the space itself were all satisfactory. My primary concern lies with the restaurant's practice of automatically adding an 18% or 20% gratuity to the bill. While I am generally comfortable with this, especially when the servers are good and I'm happy to tip at least that much, both times I was pressured for additional gratuity. The electronic payment device was placed on the tip screen, encouraging further tipping. On my first visit, I succumbed to this pressure and ended up tipping $30 on a $60 meal. The second time, when I questioned the server, they became flustered and attempted to fabricate a reason why the included gratuity was insufficient, urging me to tip more. Given the restaurant was crowded with tourists, I suspect many others are subjected to this same deceptive practice. This approach is extremely dishonest and not how a restaurant should operate. I recommend walking down the street for better food and to avoid being taken advantage of.

My experience with breakfast at this 4-star hotel was subpar. The scrambled eggs were bland and tasted fake, and the breads tasted old. This was unfortunate given the charge of over $100 for 3 kids and 2 adults. I would not recommend this place for your morning meal and would suggest going elsewhere.

My experience at this restaurant was mixed. While the food was good and fresh, the service was incredibly slow. Staff seemed to look at us but never came to the table, and no one had a smile. They blamed it on a new computer system, but that's no excuse for a poor attitude. Despite the slow service, the food itself was enjoyable.

The food is generally good, though I believe it could be improved. My main concern is the pricing, which I found to be overpriced. Paying $22 for the breakfast buffet or similar for à la carte items felt a bit jarring. Some of the off-menu breakfast options seemed to be made from ingredients already available at the buffet. Overall, it's not a bad place, but I suggest either reducing prices or improving food quality.

I waited for over 15 minutes, during which time a smaller group that arrived after me was served, and even people who arrived at the bar were attended to. Despite being there for an extended period, we were never even looked at. Consequently, we decided to leave without ordering. The lack of attention made for a terrible service experience.

My experience at the restaurant was fantastic! I had the jack bacon burger, which was absolutely AMAZING. The fries were also incredibly crispy and tasted great. The service was good, and the restaurant had a nice atmosphere.

My experience at the Crowne Plaza Hotel in Seattle Downtown was marked by wonderful service from Allen, Nirvana, Milton, Deron, and Brandon. They provided my college group with extreme hospitality and service, which was instrumental in our decision to return for a layover after our trip from Asia. The food was great for both dinner and breakfast. I would specifically recommend the salmon and mixed vegetables for dinner. For breakfast, both the buffet and menu options were satisfying. Overall, the food was good and the service was great. I will always recommend staying and eating here whenever in Seattle Downtown. Oh, and the whisky mule 🤌🏾 was a delightful touch!

My experience at The Regatta on a weekday evening around 5: 15 PM was excellent. The food and service were both great. The staff was friendly, quick to refill drinks, and made for a very pleasant dining experience.
