Tasty Ramen and Sweet Service
My experience at this restaurant was quite positive. I had the black garlic Ramen and it was tasty. The ordering process is done via a self-service kiosk, and the food is brought to your table. They offer complimentary tea and water. Despite the restaurant being busy, the single waitress working was incredibly sweet and pleasant, even while scrambling to keep up with customers. Her service was outstanding.

Disappointing Ramen, Food Poisoning Incident
I had dinner here on a Sunday night. The interior was cool, but as other reviews mention, the ramen was below average. The chicken paitan and tonkotsu we ordered lacked depth and flavor in both the broth and the meat. The most significant issue was that the chicken paitan specifically gave me food poisoning. I'm unsure if it was the meat or the broth, but caution is advised. Edit: I have reached out to the restaurant and received a response on the same day. They will be reviewing their food safety practices and offered to make things right. I believe the situation has been generally handled well.

Simple, Delicious Ramen - A Must-Try!
My experience at this restaurant was fantastic! The ramen was simple yet delicious, and the overall experience was great. It's a must-try if you're in the neighborhood. The atmosphere and service were both top-notch, rated 5/5, and the food also received a perfect 5/5.

Best Tonkotsu Ramen, Even Better Than Japan!
My experience at the restaurant was fantastic, primarily due to the exceptional tonkotsu ramen. It was so good that I'd say it's even better than the ramen I've had in Japan. A major plus was the free noodle refill, which is always appreciated.

Cute Spot with Great Gyoza, Salty Broth
I stopped for brunch at this cute spot and had a great experience. The interior is beautiful and the service was exceptional. We arrived before the lunch rush, so everything was very prompt and we received our order quickly. The miso ramen was very yummy, and the house-made spice ball added a nice kick. We also enjoyed the lunch special, which included a half order of an appetizer and a drink. The gyoza was so good we ended up ordering another one! My only disappointment was the ninniku broth, which was extremely salty and I couldn’t drink it on its own, even after chugging water. I would have liked to have been able to drink the broth as I’m an avid soup drinker, but the saltiness was unbearable and that dampened the meal experience a bit. Thankfully, the miso broth was perfect and I had that to make up for it.

Authentic Ramen Experience, Just Like Japan!
My experience at this restaurant was truly authentic, offering ramen that felt exactly like being in Japan! A standout feature was the free noodle refill for one serving, which is a must-try. The portions were smaller, fitting with Japanese culture, and everything was flavorful. The noodles were perfectly al dente. The atmosphere was rated a 5, and the service a 4, with moderate noise levels. The food received a perfect 5/5.

Average Ramen, Cute Place
My experience at this restaurant was incredibly average, bordering on bad ramen. It's a shame because the place is cute and has heart, but the food was just 'meh'. The food was disappointing, especially considering the price point. While the atmosphere was pleasant, it couldn't make up for the lackluster meal. The service was rated a 4, which was decent, but the overall experience was let down by the food quality.

Exceptional kindness and service!
My experience at this restaurant was outstanding, primarily due to the exceptional kindness of the waitress. She was incredibly sweet and kind to my mother, who has a voice disability. This level of care and understanding alone made the visit a five-star experience. It's clear that kindness goes a long way here.

Worst Ramen and Meal Ever
My experience at this restaurant was overwhelmingly negative. I've never encountered ramen that was literally too hot to eat for several minutes after being served. The broth was shockingly flavorless and lacked any detectable salt, which is particularly surprising for a tonkotsu. Even though I selected the "firm noodle" option, the noodles were quite soft. My girlfriend's spicy miso was equally flavorless, though it did have spice. Both the takoyaki and fried shrimp were undercooked, resulting in an almost inedible texture. To add to the issues, I ordered pork gyoza but was served vegan gyoza. When I inquired, the server insisted it was the standard gyoza, which was devoid of flavor and mostly tasted of oil. Confidently, this was the worst ramen and one of the worst meals I've ever had.

Ramen Kameko: Bland Broth, Inconsistent Service
I had high hopes for Ramen Kameko, but overall it fell a bit flat for me. The bowls looked great when they came out -- generous portions with all the right toppings: chashu, kikurage, scallions, seaweed, and a dollop of spicy paste. Unfortunately, the broth, which should be the star of the show, was quite bland and lacked the depth of flavor I usually expect from a good ramen shop. Service was also a little hit-or-miss. We ordered an extra refill, but it was forgotten and took a while to arrive. Not the end of the world, but it added to the feeling that this isn't the most attentive spot. If you're in the area and need a quick bite, it's a decent option -- the ramen is filling and the atmosphere is casual. But for me, ramen is all about that rich, savory broth, and since this missed the mark, I don't see myself coming back.
