My experience at this restaurant was quite positive, especially regarding their ginger beer, which is consistently great. I appreciated the ability to sample flavors before ordering. The pricing structure means ordering a larger size doesn't offer savings, so it's best to order what you think you'll finish. As of October 2025, they've added a fried chicken option on the right side of the store. One point of feedback is that there shouldn't be a tipping option since you order at the counter.

My experience was great! I enjoyed the fresh ginger beer, which offered so many flavors to choose from. The refreshing cocktails were a hit, and the servers were super sweet. It's a perfect spot for a quick drink and a good time, any time. They also offer huge to-go bottles.

My experience at this restaurant is always a must-do when I visit Seattle. University Village is my favorite location because it offers the best shopping in Seattle. I absolutely love the caramelized pineapple gingerbread! I love it so much that I either mix it with white peach or guava. Love love love.

My experience at this restaurant was solely based on their ginger beer, as I did not try any food. I was extremely underwhelmed with the ginger beer. I had tasted the Original, Pineapple, Mango, and Spicy Pineapple varieties. Upon the first taste, my jaws locked as if I had just eaten a lemon or lime, which was not pleasant. Despite this, I did support the business, but I am not likely to return, at least not for the ginger beer. The customer service was friendly and accommodating. Out of 5, I would give the ginger beer a 0. 05. While they might be better suited for mojitos or margaritas, they are not good on their own.

The cucumber poke was incredibly refreshing, and the accompanying pickled radish was so fresh and crunchy. While the chicken sandwich was a bit small for my liking, I'll definitely stick to the drumsticks. The medium spicy level was just right for me, and I enjoy spicy food.

Wow! I didn’t know I needed a store/restaurant solely focused on ginger beer until I stumbled in here. I’ve been to multiple locations now and there is a consistent quality among each one - greatness! I enjoy ginger beer and liked trying new flavors. I’ve had a ginger beer float, alcoholic ginger beer cocktail and purchased a growler of ginger beer to take home. The growlers are so cute and you get a discount if you bring it back to get a refill. I will continue to come back here. I definitely recommend. It’s especially fun to visit when there are people in the group that don’t drink alcohol but still want a cute and flavorful mocktail!
