Better Boba Than Other Branches
My experience at this restaurant was great, especially with their boba pearls. They were soft, which suggests either their products sell fast, they have good quality control, or their staff genuinely cares about what they serve. The items here are definitely better compared to other branches.

Consistent Favorite for Almost a Decade
I've been coming here for nearly 10 years and have made many great memories. The service has always been good, though there are sometimes limited employees. The food selection is great; I usually opt for takoyaki or a bowl.
The boba is cheap and comes in many flavors. While I wish the space was larger, it's appropriate for a boba shop where people are in and out. Food generally comes out fast.

Severe Allergy Risk and Poor Response
My experience at Quickly yesterday evening was alarming due to a severe peanut allergy concern. I ordered a milkshake and immediately noticed it tasted like peanut butter. This suggests a serious issue with blender cleaning, posing a significant risk to those with allergies.
When we inquired about peanut butter in the Oreo shake, the staff's response of “We can recreate it” showed a lack of awareness or care, especially knowing it had peanut traces. My friend confirmed the drink tasted like Reese’s. This lack of transparency and safety is incredibly concerning.
To worsen matters, when I experienced an allergic reaction and requested water, the staff's response was unacceptably slow. The severity of peanut allergies, which can be life-threatening, was not met with the urgency required. This terrifying experience highlights a serious disregard for food safety and customer care.
I strongly urge management to implement better cleaning practices, training, and allergy protocols.

Quickly? More Like Slowly!
My experience at this restaurant was disappointing due to the service. I ordered popcorn chicken and two iced teas. Despite there being only one person ahead of me, I ended up waiting 30 minutes for my order.
For a place called 'Quickly, ' the service was anything but quick.

Watermelon Slushy Disappointing

Comfy, Great Taste, and Cute Staff!
My experience at the restaurant was very positive. The food had a good taste and the atmosphere was very comfy. I was also impressed by the staff, describing one as "cute" 🥰.

Worth the 25-Minute Drive!
My experience at this restaurant was very good. I drive 25 minutes specifically to come here, even though there's another location closer. The service here is great 👍🏼, and they definitely put effort into what they are doing.

Unacceptable Service and Overcharging
My experience at this restaurant was extremely disappointing. Despite ordering after us, two other customers were served before us, and they even had additional orders. To make matters worse, we were intentionally served last and then overcharged.

Quickly's Excellent Service and Drinks
My experience at Quickly was fantastic, primarily due to the staff and the good drinks available late hours. I was particularly impressed when a staff member remembered my usual order, including my favorite topping, and asked if I wanted it. This attention to detail made me feel like a valued customer.

Disappointing Find in My Boba
My experience at this restaurant was generally positive, as I've been here over 200 times and they "never fail. " However, on 1/14/24, my usual visit was marred by a significant issue. While drinking my boba, I discovered a "dead fly" inside at the end.
This was a very unpleasant surprise. I hope they "do better" next time.
