My experience at this restaurant was exceptional, particularly with their Caprese sandwich. It was hands down the best I've had in the US. The ingredients were incredibly fresh, rivaling those found outside of Italy, and the bread was also top-notch. The food quality was outstanding, and the service and atmosphere were perfect, both receiving a 5-star rating.

My experience was that the restaurant was super overpriced. They even increased the prices from the menu uploaded 5 months ago. If I’m paying $20 for a single sandwich, it better be life-changing. Regardless, the food was fine, but the portion was smaller than I expected. The service was friendly.

I'm always more interested in their new specials or combinations than ordering the same thing repeatedly. I've never been disappointed; they truly know what works. The owner provides excellent service, often bringing orders out himself and walking them to the table. I HIGHLY recommend returning, as the owner is great with faces and frequently offers regulars drink samples or free chips. If you're near Divisadero street, this is definitely your go-to sandwich place!

My experience at this restaurant was a beautiful accident! I highly recommend this place. The food is incredibly delicious. I particularly enjoyed the BALT, the amazing tomato soup, and the pulled beef, which was a daily special and, in my opinion, the best thing on the menu.
