My experience at the restaurant was truly amazing! The food was super delicious 😋. The pupusas, the bistek, and the aguas frescas were all a delight.

Decent food, terrible service
You have to wait an eternity for your food. Today, I stopped at the register and instead of being charged, they kept answering calls and attending to customers who weren't waiting, instead of attending to the one who was there 🙄. The food is decent, but only if you don't mind arriving hungry and waiting so long.

Terrible Service and Burnt Food
My first time visiting this restaurant was a very bad experience. The service was poor, with staff having a bad attitude. They even tried to charge an extra commission for paying by card 💳.
The food was also prepared with reluctance; the pupusas I ordered tasted burnt and lacked any good flavor, only the taste of being burnt. I absolutely do not recommend this restaurant due to the bad service and my unfortunate experience.

Delicious Pupusas and Friendly Service!
My experience at this restaurant was excellent. The food was prepared to order, served hot, and was quite delicious. The portions were ample, and the service was very kind and friendly.
I really enjoyed my meal here and can easily recommend the pupusas. The tamales were great, and the yuca frita con chicharrón was very nice, especially the yuca. Make sure you try the juices!

Love the Food, Expanded Space!
I love their food! Especially the yuca with chicharon! I've been visiting them for 10 years and now they have a more spacious place.

Overpriced and Poor Service
To start, the gentleman at the payment counter, who might be the owner, was very unpleasant and seemed ill-tempered. He claims to be Christian, which is surprising given his demeanor. Additionally, the prices are exaggerated; I was overcharged nearly $17 on a purchase.
I will not be visiting again, and everything was excessively expensive.

Amazing Food, Friendly Staff!
My experience at this restaurant was fantastic! The food was amazing, with a main dish that was enough to feed a whole family. The staff were friendly, though it seemed they were short-staffed on the night we visited.
Overall, I really recommend this place.

Amazing Ethnic Food Discovery!
I had an amazing experience here! I don't usually try ethnic food, but I'm so glad I did. The dish I had tasted like corn tortillas with chicken and cheese inside, but it was perfectly sealed.
I'm not sure what this 'Which craft' is, but I'm definitely here for it and will be back to get more.

Best Torta Bread, Carnitas Salty
My experience at the restaurant was mostly positive, particularly with the torta bread, which I found to be the best I've had in the Cleveland area. However, the carnitas were a bit on the salty side, so I might try a different protein next time. I only speak a little Spanish, so there might have been a hiccup with the huevos con chorizo meal.
I only received that dish but was still charged at least $10. I will return, planning to make a couple of changes on my end.

Amazing Food, Terrible Service
My experience at this restaurant was a mix of amazing food and absolutely atrocious service. I had called in an hour earlier for six pupusas, but ended up waiting over 2 hours for them. While the food itself was great, the service was a definite no.
The reviewer metadata indicates a food score of 5 and a service score of 1, with a recommended dish of Pupusa Frijole Y Queso for dinner.
