My experience at this restaurant was wonderful. It's one of the most charming places in all of Seattle. I highly recommend not skipping the beer cheese or the wurst platter. The service was impeccable, and they served cold liters of the good stuff. Prost never does me wrong. 💪

My experience at this bar was fantastic! Keith and Dylan provided an electric energy and demonstrated wonderful bar knowledge. We were drawn back by their amazing vibes. I love this place!

We didn't eat there, but it is a lovely little neighborhood pub with a warm, inviting family vibe.

My experience at Prost was fantastic! We always have such a great time here. The delicious beers are a highlight, with my husband particularly enjoying the Ayinger Brau Weisse. We also loved the Seattle braut and the Bretzel sandwich. The staff is incredibly welcoming and friendly, and under Smiley's leadership in 2025, the service is exceptional. Smiley goes above and beyond for her customers and staff, making Prost a true W Seattle gem.

My friend and I had a good time here on Halloween! The atmosphere and the costumes were fun. We were served by an amazing bartender Rachel, and the rest of the staff. The pretzels and beer cheese were pretty good. We also had the blackberry ginger cider on tap, which was great for those who don't like beer.

My experience at Prost! Was fantastic. This essential establishment in West Seattle offers a great selection of German import beers and classic bar food. The robust rotating tap list ensures there's always something new and enjoyable to try. The delicious food perfectly complements any beer choice, with no bad options on the menu. The service, regardless of the time of day, is consistently warm and friendly, making everyone feel like a regular. A special shoutout to Chandler for delivering above and beyond service – you rock! My experience at the restaurant was quite disappointing. I was intentionally ignored for a good 20 minutes, even though it wasn’t busy. I'm not sure if the treatment was based on race, or if the staff was just having a bad night.

We can't believe we have never been here before! It is incredibly cozy, the food was delicious, and the bartender was an absolute sweetheart! Despite being all alone and extremely busy, he was still attentive and took the time to explain German beer, which I admittedly knew very little about. Needless to say, we left very impressed! Having never noticed this place before, my husband was kicking himself. We'll be back! Thanks, Brendan! 😋

My experience at this restaurant was largely negative due to significant issues with wait times and food quality. We waited 45 minutes for our food, and when it finally arrived, it tasted stale. To make matters worse, my food was dropped on the ground. While the staff member apologized and offered to remake it, it took another 20 minutes for half the order to be re-served, leaving me feeling forgotten. The long wait for just half of the order was unacceptable. Although the people seemed nice and it might be suitable for those going to the bar, I highly don’t recommend the restaurant part for dinner.

This used to be my favorite spot, but it's no longer a family-friendly bar like others in the area. There are no kids and no parents allowed, which has changed the atmosphere significantly.
